Amazing stay once again! The renovated rooms feel fresh, modern, and very comfortable. The food is consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. A special shoutout to Daniel at La Fleur—he truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his great service. Entertainment is fun and well-organized, and housekeeping keeps everything spotless every day. We’ve visited this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. Looking forward to coming back again soon—highly recommend!

The beach was too murky with stinky seaweed which is not in the hands of the resort. The service of Lupita at the pool was wonderful. The service of Nicolas and Maria at the restaurant and buffet was very good. The omellete lady Dais made great eggs. The buffet always had good options and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious . The housekeeping was above par. The resort has wild life and fauna which makes it unique. The wine was terrible. We had to travel to downtown to buy good wine. This is one of reasons I give 2 stars. The Italian and Oriental Restaurants were too overrated so not so great. The Galarie was great. We ate there three times. The staff are kind and helpful. The resort and grounds are so well maintained. This was the cleanest resort we have ever experienced. Overall, the experience was good and the weather was favorable.

We are Platinum guests going on 5 years now and decided to try Princess Mexico because we absolutely LOVE the Princess resorts in Punta Cana. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing compared to the treatment and hospitality we are used to receiving in DR. First, I want to recognize the servers and waiters staff because they have been amazing. We are big tippers and always appreciate good service, and the servers truly worked hard and treated us well throughout our stay. However, the front desk staff in lobby (security)have been extremely disappointing. One of the worst experiences was when we booked a water excursion and each person was taking only ONE towel. Security stopped us and made us leave the towels at the security desk unless we wanted to pay $30 per towel. So we were expected to go on a water excursion with no towels, which made absolutely no sense and left a terrible impression. The resort also feels overly strict with too many unnecessary rules. In Punta Cana, staff would usually work with guests and try to accommodate them if there was a reservation issue or if you wanted to switch restaurants. Here, reservations are simply canceled with little flexibility or customer care, which takes away from the vacation experience. The food overall was also much better in Punta Cana. We tried the Brazilian restaurant and while the meat was good, it was surprising to have a Brazilian restaurant with no rice or beans available. La Hacienda was also much better in DR. We did enjoy the Japanese restaurant, the Peruvian restaurant, and the hibachi experience ,those were definitely the highlights of the food experience. The trolley drivers were also very kind and friendly, although the trolleys themselves take a very long time which can become frustrating when trying to get around the resort. The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained, but customer service truly makes the difference in a vacation. Sadly, this did not feel like the “Princess treatment” we expected as loyal Platinum customers, and it has made us question whether we would return to Princess Mexico in the future.

Best hotel ever! The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The food is excellent—fresh, разнообразное и действительно вкусное. Service is top-notch, and a special thank you to Daniel at La Fleur restaurant for his outstanding attention and friendliness. The entertainment is great, always something fun to enjoy, and the room service is consistently excellent every day. We’ve stayed here many times already and definitely plan to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was good, but not what I expected. I paid extra for the kid zone room and expected more than we got. We were on the side of the hotel with no exciting views for the kids or anything. The buffet food was good, with plenty to choose from, and the waiters were excellent, always going above and beyond. The bartenders in the pool were the same, going above and beyond for us and making conversations with everyone who went up to the swim-up bar. When checking out on our last day the night before we had requested help with our luggage that way we could go get breakfast before leaving to the airport, we requested them to be there at 7:00a.m., because our van would be picking us up at 7:30a.m., well it was past 7:00a.m. and there was no one in the room at that time to help us so we were making our way down ourselfs when the bell boy showed up and we told him that it was us requesting them at 7:00a.m., he didn’t even offer to then take our luggage from there. The lady in the front checked us out and we told her what happened with the bell boy not being there on time and she said that because at 7:00a.m., they change shifts and its understandable but they should of told us that the night before when we called to request it and then to finish it off my husband asked her if someone could at least help us take our luggage up the stairs and she said didn’t even say anything or that there was an elevator that we could use to take our luggage to the front, my husband was going up the stairs with the luggage and one of the hotel guests saw us and told us that there was an elevator that we could of used, having this front office customer service doesn’t even make me want to book at this hotel anymore.
