Five-Star Family Vacation Experience! Our family had the most amazing stay at this resort! The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the layout was perfect for traveling with kids. What We Loved: The Water Park & Pool: The kids' water park is incredible and kept them entertained for hours. The swim-up bar was a major highlight for the adults! The Food: The buffet offered excellent food with plenty of variety. Most of the reservation-only restaurants served outstanding meals (though we found the French restaurant to be just okay compared to how amazing the others were).The Entertainment: The nightly live shows and music were spectacular. They put on high-quality entertainment every single night that our whole family loved. Special Thanks to the Incredible Staff: The warm welcome we received from the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. We want to give a special shout-out to: Kids Club: Betty, Ale, Adri, Ruben, and Kinyi (the DJ)—thank you for keeping the kids so happy and engaged! Front Desk: Wilson, thank you for your wonderful assistance. Lobby: David and Samuel, thank you for always greeting us with a smile and a happy attitude. The resort is very big and clean. The food, however, is of very low quality. The buffet has the same food every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with not many options. We tried The Gallery restaurant, which had very low-quality meat. The Brazilian restaurant is okay, but the Japanese one is very bad. I used to stay at this resort before they renovated, and it was so awesome. The open buffet every day had different cuisines, and the food was great. I think they still have this in their advertising, but it's not true. They should remove it from the ad.

We are here with family and friends on a 2 weeks vacation. I rarely write negative reviews about places I visit, but this is an exception because this is the first resort where we have felt treated with such disrespect. We booked two Deluxe Junior Suites through our travel agency. After arriving, we upgraded one of the rooms to a Platinum Suite because the room we were assigned had an unbearable mold smell and excessive humidity. Both my son and I are allergic to mold, and we have developed asthma, so this was a serious health concern. One day, my husband and I decided to use the Platinum beach area, exactly as entitled since we had paid for Platinum access for two guests. Our son preferred to stay at the main pool. After a short while, a beach staff member approached my husband and aggressively insisted that he leave the Platinum beach because he was not wearing a Platinum wristband. He spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner without even asking who we are or trying to understand the situation. We felt deeply humiliated, especially considering that the Platinum beach was completely empty at that time. We reported the incident to the front desk, but instead of receiving an apology, we were told: "You received a favor with the upgrade because you got a discount." Excuse me? We paid the same price advertised on the official website, with the standard member discount applied. We were not asking for compensation—only to be treated with respect as paying guests who traveled all the way from Europe to spend two wonderful weeks in Mexico. Unfortunately, this has become the most disappointing vacation we have ever had. The pools are overcrowded, there is very little shade, and most sunbeds are "reserved" with towels early in the morning, making it almost impossible to find a place to relax. The beach is practically unusable because of the strong smell and the massive amount of sargassum. Some employees were kind and genuinely tried to help us—especially Diana and Mario—and we truly appreciate their professionalism. However, most of the staff seemed indifferent or rude. Ironically, the same employee who rudely forced my husband to leave the Platinum beach was not even at his assigned security post. Instead, he was lying on a guest sunbed, apparently enjoying the empty beach himself. This experience reflects a much bigger management problem. Every complaint is dismissed instead of being addressed professionally. To anyone traveling from Europe: I cannot recommend this resort! The disappointment is beyond words! If you are planning a vacation in Mexico, choose a resort closer to Cancun, where the beaches are better maintained and the service truly reflects a five-star standard. In my opinion, this resort does not deserve its five-star rating.

Amazing stay once again! The renovated rooms feel fresh, modern, and very comfortable. The food is consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. A special shoutout to Daniel at La Fleur—he truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his great service. Entertainment is fun and well-organized, and housekeeping keeps everything spotless every day. We’ve visited this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. Looking forward to coming back again soon—highly recommend!

The beach was too murky with stinky seaweed which is not in the hands of the resort. The service of Lupita at the pool was wonderful. The service of Nicolas and Maria at the restaurant and buffet was very good. The omellete lady Dais made great eggs. The buffet always had good options and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious . The housekeeping was above par. The resort has wild life and fauna which makes it unique. The wine was terrible. We had to travel to downtown to buy good wine. This is one of reasons I give 2 stars. The Italian and Oriental Restaurants were too overrated so not so great. The Galarie was great. We ate there three times. The staff are kind and helpful. The resort and grounds are so well maintained. This was the cleanest resort we have ever experienced. Overall, the experience was good and the weather was favorable.
