Love this hotel, and it has become a regular location for us. We love the kids activities, my son is alway keen to join the events when they're on. Each day the staff have been super engaged and alway happy to make them feel welcome in the kids club! Love the water park for the kids, can't get him off it. There is a super nice life guard (my son calls him the "1,2,3 guy"!) who was so friendly to the kids, and goes a long way. Always something to do! Rooms are pleasent and provide all the facilities you would expect. However, I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Drinks are not included in the half-board for dinner which is a shame. I love the selection of food - but could be a little more variety for breakfast - particuarlarly vegetarian - how many sausage varieties do you need? All in all will be going annually.

Lovely holiday! Rooms kept tidy & clean and our needs was met without even asking, such as a nappy bin & bed rails for our toddler. The animation team was amazing, kids club and entertainment was incredible and staff friendly and welcoming! Baby club was perfect for our youngest! Food was lovely, waiting staff was attentive and remembered us as a family Would highly recommend

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Inflatable in the pool area needs to be defined accurately not just one metre diameter.Must also state the length of other inflatable. I feel charging for water at meal times is not right.Water should be free at meal times. I was not happy paying for the water.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice every morning. The service, cleanliness of the entire hotel, and all of the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We were so impressed that we have already booked to return in September. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
Gentle Path Therapy
Just come back from a fantastic stay at GF Victoria. I would describe it as luxurious enough for couples while still being incredibly family-friendly. The pool areas were spotless and thoroughly cleaned every morning before reopening. The loungers were high quality, with attentive service available directly to your sunbed. The dining options were excellent, from the food truck to the Michelin-starred restaurant. We found all the staff to be friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the beach promenade and a great selection of excellent restaurants. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return.
