Love this hotel, and it has become a regular location for us. We love the kids activities, my son is alway keen to join the events when they're on. Each day the staff have been super engaged and alway happy to make them feel welcome in the kids club! Love the water park for the kids, can't get him off it. There is a super nice life guard (my son calls him the "1,2,3 guy"!) who was so friendly to the kids, and goes a long way. Always something to do! Rooms are pleasent and provide all the facilities you would expect. However, I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Drinks are not included in the half-board for dinner which is a shame. I love the selection of food - but could be a little more variety for breakfast - particuarlarly vegetarian - how many sausage varieties do you need? All in all will be going annually.

Lovely holiday! Rooms kept tidy & clean and our needs was met without even asking, such as a nappy bin & bed rails for our toddler. The animation team was amazing, kids club and entertainment was incredible and staff friendly and welcoming! Baby club was perfect for our youngest! Food was lovely, waiting staff was attentive and remembered us as a family Would highly recommend

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was excellent, with plenty of choice every morning. The service, cleanliness of the entire hotel, and all of the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. We were so impressed that we have already booked to return in September. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Just got back from an incredible family stay at GF Victoria. The hotel is spotless, housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Plus, the breakfast variety is huge! We had the best time and will definitely be returning thanks a lot!

We have loved our time at GF Victoria. It was a novelty having our rooms made every day. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach, and shops. The pools are heated which is why we chose the hotel! We loved the fact the kids had a room joined to us. The only negatives for us is the TV in the kids area didn't work and we had to keep calling people to come and fix it. And the food by pool on floor 2 is very expensive and not great. The pizzas on floor 5 are AMAZING! Lovely hotel and I would recommend it. ESPECIALLY for anyone with young children 5 and under as the hotel is great for pushchairs, and the entertainment is focussed on the really little ones. The entertainment team and staff have all been exceptional too.
