We stayed as a family of four in two rooms 220 and 219 over the xmas period which allowed us to watch the sunrise over the mountains every morning. The hotel itself is stunning, so clean and the reception area is spectacular. Rooms were also great, spacious with immaculate bath rooms. A good addition here is that TVs they have let you stream Netflix or apple tv movies. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel in general is spotlessly clean. Takes a while to get used to working all the lights but the rooms are really nice. Pools are also great, the front one is very cold, possibly coldest pool I have been in but you can treat that as your Winhoff start to the day as it certainly wakes you up. There is also some water slides at the back which are fun for small children, in fact fu n for all as you are never too old for a water slide! There is a smallish gym with good quality equipment but it has one of the best views from a gym I have ever seen as you look onto the mountains behind the hotel. We did not try the mini golf but did play table tennis every day which is free. There are quite a few pool tables around the hotel, 2 euros a go which is a bit steep and you need coins. We stayed on dinner and breakfast basis, breakfast was very good and dinner was in general good most evenings with lots of choice. Its a buffet so its difficult to get high quality options but it was of good quality, one thing I did find surprising for a 5 star hotel was that you get charged for drinks at dinner including water, most 5 stars i have stayed in provide water and in some cases wine and local beer but it was not the case here as they will charge you for it. This is the reason its getting 4 stars rather than 5. Staff were very good and always tried to help where possible, very polite and plenty of staff around the hotel to help out. Location wise the hotel is next to a shopping area called Dukes which is good for eating and has a supermarket which is useful to get water etc. Its around 20min walk to the beach downhill and the area itself is very clean and safe. Entertainment at the hotel was of good quality, not really my scene but they had different acts on each night and they were good quality, getting a seat with table was a challenge some nights but overall I think the hotel does well here. If you are looking for a relaxing and stunning hotel, with very good facilities in a nice location this is worth looking at. Its not for people after raving but mainly families and older people or at least this was the crowd when we went. The hotel is very large so there can be quite a bit of walking but its such a nice place this really isn't an issue. One word of caution, do not use the rental company from the tourist centre near reception. A lot of hotels do this where they allow companies to sell services within the hotel but these are not from the hotel! We rented a car which was of very poor quality and the service was not great but when I spoke to the hotel staff on this they pointed out even though its based within the hotel its not linked. Not sure why hotels do that! Had a great time here and would definitely use this hotel again

Stunning hotel with everything you could ask for. Stayed here on an all inclusive basis, and was extremely happy with everything. Good selection of food and drinks on offer (the pool bar area offers take away options for food and drink too). Swimming pools very good size and with plenty of sun beds available, no issues getting one at any time of day. Easy 5min walk down into the main town area/beach. Overall would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to add a bit more of a luxury feel to their holiday 💁‍♂️

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel I will give a honest review the rooms are lovely and clean and have been refurbished beds are comfortable and the cleaning is brilliant, the pools are nice but freezing cold so it’s unbearable to enter the water there is a adults only section in the roof with pool which is 5 star luxury that’s the only part that deserves the 5 stars for this hotel . We are in half bored the breakfast is ok there is a bit of a selection the trouble is that it’s is mostly Luke warm the evening meals are terrible cold bland and cheap ingredients and not much choice there is no free water or tea and coffee so you have to purchase this extra I would expect at least free water with my meal . I am travelling with an autistic son and a partially sighted relative when booking I asked for adjacent rooms but we were split up on different floors which has been a nightmare reception blamed Tui saying they don’t communicate but I’ve never had a problem with Tui they are normally excellent with special assistance my verdict is this hotel should be advertised as a 4 star because it’s misleading advertising as a 5 star I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want luxury. Visited December 2025 .

For a 5 star this hotel was lacking some of the basics. The hotel itself looks lovely. Feels like 5* when you go in the lobby. However It was advertised to have heated pools (no way they were heated, the pools are freezing which was really disappointing as this was one of the main draws for us booking so beware). The new splash pool looks awesome but again freezing. No kids buffet as advertised so if you have a little fussy eater think again. The buffet restaurant however is really good and plenty of variety, we were lucky our daughter eats nearly anything. No welcome packs in the room to explain anything around the hotel. I eventually found out there was an "app" half way through our holiday. Seemingly we should have been told at check in but weren't. Asked at reception about the mini golf. They said they didn't know and we would have to ask the entertainment staff at 9pm (no good when we wanted to use it that afternoon). The staff seem so disjointed. The reception desk don't seem to be on the ball at all or know what is going on. The kids club team seem nice but our daughter is too young at the minute to be left there though we were allowed to go in with her to use the facilities. The restaurant staff are all lovely and welcoming. Our daughter was obsessed with the robot. And the cleaning crew are top notch so no complaints there. we visited the pool bar once for a drink, 6 members of staff all stood talking to eachother for about 10 minutes instead of actually watching for customers (we just wanted another drink. Ended up leaving due to service - it's like the less customers the less they paid attention). All In all, nice but not great for kids especially little ones. Will we go back, maybe especially if they sort the pool heating out but would maybe try a different hotel first.

The hotel itself looks great, but that's all. Unlike advertised, No heated pool No tennis court No paddle court. Food feels like cooked by a shef who's at the beginning of his career, is not just plain, but packed with salt perhaps to hide the taste. You cannot find any drinking water refill although they claim Blue. Tell you off when tried to fill up bottle of water at the breakfast. Basically you pay for their refurbished building. Nothing else worth it. Won't recommend it.
