⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Four Points by Sheraton during a Primavera P6 corporate training conducted by CADD International for one of the well-known companies in Abu Dhabi. The hospitality throughout the event was exceptional. The meeting and training facilities were well organized, creating a comfortable and professional learning environment. The food served during the sessions was delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality. A heartfelt thanks to all the chefs for preparing such wonderful meals. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Ann, the event coordinator, for her outstanding coordination and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Yam from the Food & Beverage team, whose kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service truly made a difference. His professionalism and willingness to help were highly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton for making this event a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel for corporate meetings, training programs, conferences, or even a comfortable stay. Their commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

A friend was celebrating his birthday and the rest of us decided to book rooms here. First, the location is central to both old and new Dubai. The neighborhood itself has many options of shops and food outlets. I have to say that this was the best service I’ve experienced so far. The Bon Voy app made it easy to coordinate with them. We asked for an early check in and we were easily updated through the app. Other hotels would just tell us to go there and wait it out. When we arrived, Svenda welcomed us like a ray of sunshine. She was quick, professional and personal. The room was a bit dated but it came with a great advantage: size. The beds were huge. We had both a desk, a sitting area and a tea area. Sleep quality was good. Most guests were adults so no screaming kids haunting the hallways. Probably the only point of improvement is the temperature but it is a minor point. The gym was decent and the attendants on both days I went there were very professional. Breakfast was decent. Had a good variety of dishes and breads. Service was impeccable from the welcome to the dining area to the kitchen. The people were truly happy to assist guests. This was my overall impression from this visit. Everyone… even the lovely security at the lobby to the valet, everyone was all smiles and pro-active.

The choice to spend a birthday here was the best decision, and the entire team truly blew expectations away with their unmatched hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They made the special day extra memorable by surprising us with an amazing room upgrade and putting up the most thoughtful birthday decorations. It’s rare to find a place that cares so much about the details and makes guests feel so genuinely celebrated.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road recently and honestly had a very comfortable experience. The biggest advantage is obviously the location — right on Sheikh Zayed Road, with easy access to pretty much everything in Dubai with Financial Metro station at walking distance, just a few metres away. I stayed in their one-bedroom suite which is a fully furnished serviced apartment rather than a hotel room, with a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and even a nice balcony overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai skyline - so perfect if you're looking to live in Dubai practically without having to invest in Dubai, You can use it more like a teaser for your life in Dubai. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff was genuinely warm and helpful. A special mention to Fekry at the front desk, who offered a late checkout till 4 pm, which made the stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel also has several dining options, which is convenient. Level 43 has great views for evening drinks, Lindsey and her team were very helpful with everything. Purani Dilli was a nice surprise for authentic Indian food but being a Desi vegetarian I expected a little more spice and tatse ka tadka in the food/ The rooftop pool is very small, but still nice enough for a quick dip, and the gym is well maintained and spacious. Overall, for the price point, location, and size of the suites, I think this is excellent value for money. And especially, the staff is of 5-star quality. Kate at Publiq, Yassine and Fekry from the ground floor staff and Lindsey at Level 43 and all others were too good. Totally reviewron recommended

Offers a basic stay, yet good value for money. Located on Shk Zayed Road it's easy access via Google maps. Rooms are decent size for couples. Ample dining options near by, hotel itself has nice coffee shop & Indian restaurant, which we enjoyed. Hotel is nearby to 2 metro stations & easy taxis available. Minibar & bathroom amenities are available on call. Overall, if you are booking hotel just to keep your bags and purpose is to explore Dubai, this is one of The Best options. Team is very helpful and rooftop bar is a must try.
