Had an excellent stay, rooms are as advertised, service was superb and it was very clean, neighborhood is safe and clean. Carlos Santiago was great he helped us check out offering excellent service, definitely holding up the excellent Marriott standard. Ive been to Marriotts around the world and this Marriott was no different. Perfect example for what a hotel should be.

Great location and the staff were great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the room wasn't initially 100% clean at check-in (hair in the shower and stuck to the bathroom door). However, the room was cleaned better the following days, and I could tell the staff were working very hard to keep up! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was quiet, had great A/C, and free coffee/water at various times.

Great stay! Super clean and quiet room, huge and very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The staff at the reception were always attentive and helpful. Perfect choice for our first time in New York!

My daughter and I spent a week at Four Points at Sheraton, 6 Platt St., and it was an excellent experience. When we got into our room, we noticed that the AC was not responding to the thermostat setting. When I went down to speak with the front desk, Carlos and Darryl guaranteed me that either it would be fixed in the morning or we would be moved. In the morning, Freddie (engineer extraordinaire) came and fixed the AC while we were at breakfast. He is amazing! Carlos and Darryl are extremely responsive and all of our interactions with front desk staff were superior. Furthermore, the rooms are serviced daily and immaculate. I will certainly return to this hotel! THANK YOU for making our stay so wonderful and feel like home. By the way, the location is perfect for a foodie!

We left this hotel after one night and cancelled our booking within Sheraton in another city as well. Room was very small, but that was expected. What shocked us, was widely spread mold in the bathroom. It was VERY visible and it definitely has been there for a long time. Considering its condition, it’s very upsetting that this room was still available for booking. Staff at the reception desk was apologetic about this situation, but this doesn’t change the fact that we absolutely did not want to stay there, had to leave in the morning with our luggage and we lost a day looking for another hotel.
