I did a lot of research before I picked a hotel to spend New Years with my family. I’m glad I chose this one. The staff was extremely friendly and even walk us to the elevators our first time. They texted us throughout our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. Rooms were small as expected for New York but our family of 4 were very comfortable. The design of the room made the space very efficient and there was plenty of room for 4 large suit cases. Location was great. We were in the center of almost everything and two blocks from the nearest subway stop. While we were close to everything, we were also in a quiet area. The restaurant connected to the hotel had phenomenal food and drinks. The kids enjoyed the room in the lobby where the hotel had board games for them to play. This was a great hotel for my family and we would stay again. The staff is doing a great job.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza HY36 Midtown Manhattan during Christmas 🎄 was truly wonderful and incredibly memorable. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-located, and the perfect place to relax while enjoying the magic of Nyc during the holidays. What really made this stay stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Jessica & Jose at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive - they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and completely comfortable throughout my stay. Their warmth and professionalism made such a positive first impression and truly set the tone for the experience. Thanks to Jessica & Jose, my stay felt extra special, stress-free, and genuinely welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ✨🏙

I honestly had such a good experience at the Crowne Plaza. The room was really nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was great too. They had a hair dryer and plenty of little amenities, which was actually super handy. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, which made everything feel really easy and welcoming. The location was ideal – only about a 10-minute walk to Times Square, and you can get to loads of the big attractions just by walking. Even though it’s close to everything, it’s tucked down a side road so it wasn’t too loud at night, which I really appreciated. There’s also a deli nearby called Essen which was perfect for grabbing breakfast or something quick before heading out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily go back again.

Location is perfect! Specially if you are with kids. It very walkable and there are some really good restaurants near by. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff is welcoming, patient and very nice. They greeded us with gifts and overall we are extremely happy. The rooms are big enough and the king size bed is perfect. I love it! Will be back

We accidentally left an item at the restaurant, and Gurmay went out of his way to recover it for us instead of directing us to the restaurant. Throughout our stay, he maintained a great attitude and was consistently welcoming. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, he greeted us warmly, and he was extremely helpful and efficient during both check-in and check-out. He truly exemplifies excellent customer service and is a great manager.
