I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. A special mention goes to Mr. Sai from the front office, whose polite, warm, and ever-smiling nature truly stood out. His professionalism and friendly attitude made us feel welcomed from the very beginning and added a personal touch to our experience. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the maintenance staff member who promptly attended to fix a leakage issue from the washroom ceiling. Although I regret not asking for his name, his quick response, efficiency, and courteous behavior did not go unnoticed. It is team members like Mr. Sai and the dedicated maintenance staff who make a stay truly memorable and comfortable. Their efforts reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. Thank you once again for a pleasant experience — I would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Exceptional Hospitality by Mr. Manoj! Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai was truly wonderful, and one of the biggest reasons was Mr. Manoj. His hospitality, professionalism, and caring attitude were outstanding. He always greeted us with a warm smile, made sure all our food preferences were taken care of, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Employees like Mr. Manoj are a true asset to the hotel. His dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the highest standards of customer service. We sincerely appreciate all the care and attention he gave us throughout our stay. Thank you, Mr. Manoj, for making our Dubai trip even more special. This hotel is absolutely amazing and the price/quality ratio is superb for Dubai. We have stayed here at 3 different occasions and during all of the stays the experience was excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety of food (both European and Indian) and is very efficiently ran by chef Shaiful and the entire crew in the restaurant. A special compliment for Matthew for his fantastic help and being the epitome of hospitality! Rooms are very clean and housekeeping is adequate to follow up on personal requests. The concierges Harris, Hassan, Abishek and Desmond were very helpful with luggage, beach towels, managing the shuttles to Kite Beach/Dubai Mall and fixing taxis. Hospitality at its finest! In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a clean, well organized and professionally staffed hotel in Dubai.

Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel atmosphere was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super with a great variety of food, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and provided great service throughout our stay. Spacious Gym.Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended

The staff is excellent and where possible they will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Property has seen better days and needs updating. Some things don’t really add up, for instance we had a studio which is equipped with a washing machine and a kitchenette, no washing liquids or laundry detergents are provided and I had to buy an entire pack from a super market. Location of the property and proximity to Metro stations is misleading, you need to take a cab as it’s not very convenient to get to public transportation. Breakfast buffet was not great, while there was a decent spread it just did not taste very good, less said the better on the quality of Coffee.
