We had an absolutely exceptional dining experience at the Fortune Grand Padheyam Resto Bar in Deira, Dubai. If you are looking for truly authentic Kerala dishes, this is the place to be. Every dish served was bursting with traditional flavor—it genuinely felt like home-cooked Kerala food, prepared with passion and precision. Beyond the incredible cuisine, the service was flawless. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. A massive shout-out must go to Miss KasPria🤩 for her outstanding hospitality. She was attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring our entire evening ran smoothly. Her positive attitude elevated the whole experience! And of course, the heart of the great food is the kitchen! Huge appreciation to Chef Abhijith 🤩for crafting such memorable and authentic dishes. The quality and taste were genuinely 5-star worthy. We highly recommend Padheyam for anyone craving genuine South Indian flavor combined with superb, friendly service. We can't wait to return!

I had a mixed experience at B52 Club. The reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the overall impression I got from the rest of the club staff was that they were primarily focused on making money rather than providing a good customer experience. It felt transactional rather than hospitable, and that took away from what could have been a much better night. I hope management considers improving the service approach beyond just sales.

Terrible experience. The only good thing abou this hotel is the location. The staff were very rude. The receptionists and the bell boys have only task - to look at the time constantly so they can leave home instead of helping the guests. They'll charge you for every small thing. If you find a hotel that's nearby and a bit costlier, please prefer that instead of this one. Any guest would appreciate peace in the stay. These hotel staff only appreciate money

Terrible experience. When I was about to check in my booking was not found then the staff was also rude and said u booked room for only one person but I booked for two people + two guests but they said we will only one person in. The place was filled with clubs and people were dressed inappropriately . Staff was also into the club business and took extra money from people . Loud noises from different clubs were coming so how would I be able to sleep . Many people from clubs were entering and exiting the building at night time the hotel was quiet the only place where there were people were the clubs rest was silent. Over all the looks were good but the staff was rude and the atmosphere was not giving a good vibe
