★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked a room at Fortune Garden Hotel late at night through Booking.com due to an emergency. I had just shifted to a new home, but because of an unexpected AC issue, the apartment was not ready for me to stay in. Since there was no option for early check-in on Booking.com, I completed the booking and immediately contacted the hotel to explain my situation. Unfortunately, the staff showed no empathy or willingness to help. Even Booking.com contacted the hotel multiple times on my behalf, requesting either an early check-in or a free cancellation, but every request was refused. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. They were uncooperative, poorly trained in customer service, and seemed focused only on enforcing the policy without considering the genuine emergency behind my request. I personally requested a cancellation three times, and Booking.com also tried to assist, but the hotel declined every request. They even rejected the cancellation request through the app. In the end, the hotel kept the payment, I never checked in, and I never even visited the property. Throughout the entire experience, I did not receive a single call, apology, or any effort to find a reasonable solution. I fully understand that hotels have policies, but good hospitality is about balancing policies with compassion and professionalism, especially during genuine emergencies. Sadly, I experienced neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fortune Garden Hotel. Customer service and hospitality need significant improvement.

Very poor stay — no hot water, no proper breakfast, no working TV channels I had a terrible experience at Fortune Grand Hotel. There was no hot water for my entire stay. I had to shower in cold water and then go back into an air-conditioned room. I am now unwell with cold/flu-like symptoms after this stay. I reported the hot water problem to reception when I checked in, but nothing was fixed. I was not moved to another room and no proper solution was offered. Breakfast was also very poor. I paid for breakfast, but there was no buffet breakfast available, no breakfast menu, and no restaurant staff present when I arrived. I had to go back to reception and ask where the restaurant staff were. After a long discussion, I was eventually given an omelette, toast, fruit, and coffee. That is not what I expected when paying for breakfast at a hotel. The TV switched on, but there were no working channels, so it was basically unusable. After I complained, Ravindra Fransis, Front Office Incharge, replied with a generic apology saying he was “disheartened” and asking that it be treated as an isolated incident. However, there was no proper explanation, no refund offered, no compensation offered, and no real management resolution. Basic hotel services like hot water, paid breakfast, restaurant staff, and working TV channels should not be difficult to provide. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are happy paying for facilities that are not actually provided.

We had an absolutely exceptional dining experience at the Fortune Grand Padheyam Resto Bar in Deira, Dubai. If you are looking for truly authentic Kerala dishes, this is the place to be. Every dish served was bursting with traditional flavor—it genuinely felt like home-cooked Kerala food, prepared with passion and precision. Beyond the incredible cuisine, the service was flawless. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. A massive shout-out must go to Miss KasPria🤩 for her outstanding hospitality. She was attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring our entire evening ran smoothly. Her positive attitude elevated the whole experience! And of course, the heart of the great food is the kitchen! Huge appreciation to Chef Abhijith 🤩for crafting such memorable and authentic dishes. The quality and taste were genuinely 5-star worthy. We highly recommend Padheyam for anyone craving genuine South Indian flavor combined with superb, friendly service. We can't wait to return!

Fortune Hotel in the Al Rigga/Deira area offers a budget-friendly stay with excellent transit access, being just a short walk from Union and rigga metro stations. The rooms are decent and the pool is good. However, expect significant noise late at night due to the on-site nightclub.

Located at the main road just next to the service road, great roasted meat and chicken over charcoal. Fairly priced for all groups, the ambience and music is always on point. Shout outs to Ricky Smokes at the rooftop every Sunday. Kudoz to DJ Brooklyn Baxter... Love the vibes.
