I really enjoyed the hotel. The location is fantastic and the grounds are beautiful. The room style isn't quite to my taste, but that's purely a matter of personal preference. The staff, especially in the restaurants, are very friendly. The half-board option is absolutely excellent, and every dinner was fantastic, both in terms of taste and presentation. The rooms could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but they're still acceptable. The harsh, cold white LEDs are a real eyesore in the antique-style chandeliers. However, since everything else is absolutely top-notch, I can't deduct a star for that.

Had an amazing experience in the Xoam Spa and Wellness. Definitely recommend as a place to de-stress and enjoy the fantastic services offered. The Spa circuit is a fabulous opportunity to let the world stop, relax and breathe, by taking time to use the facilities offered in this package. This includes:- steam room, jacuzzi,sauna, 3 massage pools and hydro shower. The staff are very professional and take the best care of you. We took advantage of the massage. My self and a friend had the best massage ever. 2 very professional and experienced staff completed a 45 min massage in a cosy and stress free atmosphere. Both myself and my friend felt well cared for.

This hotel stands out with its wonderful decorations, inside and outside, that create a unique atmosphere and give the venue an authentic style. The buffet breakfast is spectacular with a wide variety of high quality food. The eggs menu items are exquisite. We have had seldom such a delicious breakfast.

Myself, my partner and our two young children recently enjoyed a fabulous week here. We’ve been several times now both with and without children and we keep getting drawn back. The hotel really is a paradise - fabulous pool, extremely comfortable rooms and sun beds, fantastic breakfast offering. Standout for me though are the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere of the place which never fails to disappoint. Thank you and see you in January!
