I just returned from an incredible stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The customer service was absolutely top-tier! The manager is truly amazing—she made a point to check on me daily to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping my room spotless and fully stocked, and any time I reached out for assistance, the team responded incredibly quickly. There was a restaurant closed and some minor construction going on during my visit, but honestly, it did not take away from my experience at all. The resort itself is a nice size. I stayed in an oceanfront room which offered breathtaking views, but because of the layout, just be prepared to get your steps in! My only real downside was the sargassum seaweed, meaning I didn't get to fully enjoy the beach. However, that wasn’t the resort's fault at all—it was just due to the season. I am usually someone who prefers to vacation without kids, but I have to admit, the kids' pool area was actually better than the preferred adults-only pool! The adults-only side was very quiet and relaxing, but they had such nice, fun activities over on the family side. Because there are multiple pools on the family side, it is incredibly easy to find a quiet spot to yourself if you still want to get away from the main activities. I highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service and beautiful property. I would absolutely return!

Great place. Staff is amazing, from the time we arrive until we leave they welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The bellhops take care of bags, preferred club makes checking in and out seemless, Carlos makes sure we have what we need and stay aware of activities, Marvin takes care of needs at the pool from cabanas to towrls, Serg at the grill provides great lunches, the bar tenders at the pool are great at providing delious varieties (Javier, Cesear, Alajandra, Itan, Mishael, Leopolo). The cooks (Sergio, Aurelio, Erik, Louis) make sure we have a variety of flavors with entertainment. The servers (Aroldo, Cruz, Antonio, Karen, Jaime, Neftaly, Noel, Martin de la cruz, Jamie) take great care of needs and never let your cup run empty. With Dillon & David running acitivies youll be sure tonfind something youll enjoy. And if you just need a great massage make sure to book with Andreus at the spa.

We have enjoyed every single moment throughout our stay, with the exception of Friday night. At the end of our evening, around 10:55 p.m., we were directed to the Main Time Out Lounge to order our beverages. Unfortunately, the bartender immediately gave us pushback about the time and seemed reluctant to take our order. He commented that he hates being overworked with last-minute orders, which made us feel unwelcome. What made the experience even more disappointing was that he appeared happy to continue serving other guests while expressing frustration toward us. Since this was our first interaction with him, we did not understand the negative attitude or why our request was treated differently. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I consider myself a generous tipper, especially during a first interaction. However, this experience left us genuinely disappointed. Throughout the rest of our stay, every staff member has been warm, welcoming, and attentive, and we have heard nothing but positive feedback from other families at the resort. This encounter was completely inconsistent with the exceptional level of service we have otherwise experienced. We wanted to share this feedback because we believe it is important. We hope it can be addressed so that other guests do not have a similar experience. While we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, this interaction has caused us to reconsider our options for future visits.

The hotel is gorgeous and really feels luxurious. It's about 45 mins away from Playa Del Carmen and 1 hour from Cancun. So it gives a quiet, secluded feel although there are other hotels nearby and convenience stores too. We had the junior suite and it was spacious, clean and lovely. We were near where they get rid of sargassum so there was a bit of a smell but that's expected at this time of year (July-Aug), and didn't ruin it for us. They made such an effort to clear it so the beach was more accessible. The restaurants served delicious food, couldn't complain at all. There really is something for everyone. Eufrasia made amazing omelettes for breakfast! Make sure to check the app for when they're open as some are closed on certain days. Currently, there's some construction work on the standard rooms but this didn't impact noise levels at all. The preferred pool, for adults only, was mostly quiet with some entertainment (music) on. The family pool was more lively with lots of activities, it was nice to choose between the two. David and Dylan were hilarious and fun, definitely recommend taking part in any activities they lead. The night life was brilliant too, something different each night. There was lots on so if you missed one there was another to go too. Saul was great and made each night lively and fun too. Fernando at the CinCin restaurant went above and beyond to serve us, he was very attentive. The biggest of shout outs to Leopoldo at the preferred pool who was incredible. He was so friendly, giving us information about the hotel and shops around us. He even offered to get chocolate for us that they didn't have at their own shop! He made delicious drinks, even setting them down without us ordering, and was a delight to talk to. Remember to bring everything you need with you or you can take a 5/10 min taxi/uber to a shop nearby as the shop on-site is quite expensive. The geckos and iguanas roaming around were a fun addition too! Overall, the hotel and the staff were amazing, really taking care of your needs and genuinely wanting to make your time there the best. They couldn't have been friendlier and made our honeymoon stay better than we could have hoped for. Would return again 100%.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at Dreams! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful resort and spotless rooms to the delicious food and outstanding service. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and always went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere were absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation! 🌴☀️
