I just returned from an incredible stay, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The customer service was absolutely top-tier! The manager is truly amazing—she made a point to check on me daily to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping my room spotless and fully stocked, and any time I reached out for assistance, the team responded incredibly quickly. There was a restaurant closed and some minor construction going on during my visit, but honestly, it did not take away from my experience at all. The resort itself is a nice size. I stayed in an oceanfront room which offered breathtaking views, but because of the layout, just be prepared to get your steps in! My only real downside was the sargassum seaweed, meaning I didn't get to fully enjoy the beach. However, that wasn’t the resort's fault at all—it was just due to the season. I am usually someone who prefers to vacation without kids, but I have to admit, the kids' pool area was actually better than the preferred adults-only pool! The adults-only side was very quiet and relaxing, but they had such nice, fun activities over on the family side. Because there are multiple pools on the family side, it is incredibly easy to find a quiet spot to yourself if you still want to get away from the main activities. I highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service and beautiful property. I would absolutely return!

What a place this is! From the moment we arrived, the service at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was exceptional. The hotel is spotless, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. I genuinely cannot fault either the hotel or its incredible staff. A special mention must go to Pablo and Calix at the bar. They provided the best service I’ve ever received. Their attention to detail, speedy refills, and warm, genuine smiles made every day special. No one does it quite like they do! An extra shout-out to Pablo – we’re honestly coming back mainly because of you. Thank you for everything; we will miss you so much! Francisco was always there each morning with a cheerful greeting and a friendly smile. My mornings won’t be the same without you – such a genuinely sweet person. Hector at the Bar Grill was fantastic – an amazing man who always made us feel welcome. Neftaly at Spice Restaurant was incredibly attentive and delivered outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Leo, Edwin, and Jesus at Carnival International were an amazing team. Leo, in particular, is second to none. The level of customer service they provide is truly outstanding and made every visit memorable. A huge thank you to Alejandra for her exceptional service and warm welcomes every day. She went above and beyond to make our relaxing days even more enjoyable, and we are so grateful. Eduardo was always ready with a smile, a chat, and great advice on places to visit and things to do. His recommendations were invaluable. Thank you to everyone for making our two-week stay so exceptional. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but Dreams Jade Resort & Spa is something truly special. Every member of staff was wonderful, but those mentioned above will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to return!

Love this resort and will definitely be back. It has a really nice spreadout layout and doesn't feel too small but is easy to get around. The food is above average for an all-inclusive. Bonus points for the adult only preferred Club pool make this location great for all ages and large groups. They have entertainment every night and usually some sort of live music in the lobby or outdoors if you don't want to sit inside the theater for the main show. The staff is kind and attentive, always smiling and willing to help you out. Grounds are kept immaculate and our room was clean.

Dreams Jade was the resort we picked for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! To begin with the staff- they were outstanding and very warm right from day 1 till the day we left. We were put up in the preferred club so we were able to enjoy the exclusive bar, the French restaurant and the pool! The food here is outstanding! Many choices with very unique menus! Lastly our room was an ocean facing suite.. which was once again amazing, spacious and very clean throughout our stay! It was a really good experience and I’m so glad I picked dreams jade! The resort is well maintained but it's the incredible staff that have made it amazing. They help you start the day with a smile, a joke or something else that makes you feel welcome. Whether it's Edwin's fist bump at the buffet, or Miguel's performance at the Japanese restaurant, or the very helpful bar staff, like Carlos attending to us by the pool. They have a hard job, but they do it well and it's made this a destination we would like to try again!
