My wife and I visited for 6 nights over Christmas 2025. I had been here a few times with work, and also stayed in several other hotels in this area over the years. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained, the wifi is good and rooms are quite well sound proofed. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of Asian and European options. The pool area is very comfortable, with lovely staff and in the sun most of the day. Only negative is that some people not staying at the hotel can be in the pool area, so sunbeds can be at a premium on a very busy day. I look forward to returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for a few nights in Dec 2025. Hotel very easy to get to from the airport via Airport and Sukhumvit line which took about an hour. We were on the 20th floor with a superior room. Room was a good size, bed was large and comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a nice size but the overhead shower wasn’t that good so used the one on the wall. The breakfast was fantastic, with both Thai and Indian options. The pool is a good size with a good selection of beds but a bit noisy due to the traffic. There are loads of places to eat and drink in the area and it’s easy to get to attractions as the hotel is right by the Phrom Phong BTS station. Only problem we had was the room had an adjoining door and we could hear the people in the next room.

DoubleTree By Hilton Bangkok is a fantastic stay! Perfect location near Phrom Phong BTS train station and EmQuartier shopping mall, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets all around. Service was excellent, and our standard twin room was modern, spacious, and super comfortable—great beds and a spotless bathroom with an amazing shower. The 450-baht breakfast buffet was absolutely worth it, with delicious Western, Thai, and SE Asian options. Loved the outdoor pool with its bar and towel service, and the gym had everything needed for a holiday workout. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I’d happily stay at again!

Very nice hotel with a great location. We walked a lot around this area. There is a lot to do from mals to good massage places. And we also found some great restaurants in this area. The pool is on the 7th floor with a nice view over the city. We did some cocktails in the Bar and that was also nice. Breakfast was also a good breakfast. So DoubleTree hotel is a good and nice place to stay in!

This hotel is incredible. But what makes it more incredible are the staff. Everyone is genuinely interested in ensuring you are comfortable during your stay. I have to highlight the front office team and in particular supervisor Beam who went out of her way to make my daughter feel special on her 3rd birthday. Absolutely magical moment filled with many happy memories. The staff are what make the hotel a truly amazing place to stay in. We will definitely be back!
