We had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Special mention to Paul Pabitu for his excellent service. He went above and beyond to assist us, showing genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. His warm attitude and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose DoubleTree by Hilton again.

Me and my family we had a great stay at Double tree by Hilton. All stuff members was so kind, friendly and helpful. They paid attention to all our needs and solved it in just a snap of a finger. We had the most amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah Beach. We were on our way home from Christmas in Europe and had a four night stopover. I wish I had booked longer! The hotel staff really made our stay. The communication before our arrival was seamless and during our stay the care team checked that everything was ok and we were happy! The hotel organised our transfer and were so accommodating when our flight was three hours late and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 11.30pm. Everyone we interacted with was just beautiful. Asish looked after us with room service on our very late arrival and made sure my son’s meal was gluten free. Paul, who we didn’t get to say goodbye to was such a beautiful man. I can’t remember everyone’s name but everyone at the hotel from the reception staff, the concierge, the gorgeous lady who made our iced lattes every morning , the restaurant staff and chefs, the staff near the beach and around the pool, the bar and wait staff, the cleaning crew -everyone was just beautiful and really made our stay amazing. We did not leave the hotel/beach. We stayed in the two bedroom suite with kitchen. It was impeccably clean. The location for us was perfect. I can’t recommend the hotel enough. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks again for having us!

Excellent family stay. We traveled with our three daughters and stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a very spacious living area. The hotel kindly upgraded our suite to include a kitchen, which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with a baby. A very thoughtful and professional gesture. The service was outstanding, the food was well organized and of good quality, and the view was beautiful. The hotel location is lively and very close to JBR, which is perfect for families. Special thanks for the lovely birthday gift and the beautiful surprise prepared in the room for our daughter. A big thank you as well to Heba and Vanessa at the reception for their excellent service and warm attitude. A wonderful hotel overall, and we will definitely return.

Lidiya was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. She knew the menu well, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, our food arrived exactly as ordered, and her positive attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. Exceptional service like hers is rare, and she is a real asset to the hotel. We will definitely be back because of her.
