Our day-use experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean and well-maintained facilities that made our visit comfortable and relaxing. A special mention goes to Sarita at the Pool Bar, who assisted us with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Jessa also gave us a thorough introduction to the room, which was very helpful for future visits. The biggest highlight of our visit was Monthel, the Recreation Manager. He personally ensured that every part of our day-use experience was seamless and enjoyable. He consistently checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. His passion for hospitality is evident in the way he treats every guest—with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. He is truly one of the hotel’s greatest assets and a perfect example of what exceptional customer service should be. Because of the remarkable hospitality we experienced, we have no hesitation in recommending DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai to our friends and family. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from Rita, Roffee, and Martin. They were friendly, professional, and made our check-in smooth and enjoyable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home right away. A special thank you to Dollie, Harpreet, the Culinary Team, and the F&B Team for the excellent dining experience. The food was delicious, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the service was outstanding. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake prepared for Karla. It was a wonderful surprise that made her celebration even more special. We would also like to recognize the Housekeeping Team for keeping our room spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday so special. We stayed here for 4 nights early June. Blown away by the service and the facilites. The food is fab, the pool is unreal and all the staff were amazing. Special mention to Adarsh & Kisan for their cleaning and room service. They were amazing! Not forgetting Sarita from Nepal, our lovely waitress at the pool. She greated us everyday with a huge smile & the chats. She really looked after us exceptionally well!! We will definately be coming back to Db by Hiltin next time in Dubai.
