Thank you to the Hilton Team for making our stay so comfortable and carefree The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful, housekeeping, concierge and valet also very attentive and polite and professional. The restaurant staff extremely a standout for us visiting with a young family and food allergy considerations, they were well informed about menu items and assisted us with every question and concern, especially executive chef. From their warm welcome and greeting upon arrival with our daily juice shot, its a different buffet everyday, excellent variety and value- incredible! Marie on special order eggs is so lovely with her warmth and smile - thank you for your service and gentle caring, you have all contributed to our special time in Dubai. We will not forget you!!! I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Bay Area. The hotel is extremely hospitable, welcoming, and well-organized. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Neha, who was very professional and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Sreya and Naila warmly bid us farewell and made sure everything was perfectly in order. Narendra and Vishnu greatly assisted us with luggage storage so we could move around freely without any hassle. The entire team works in great sync and truly cares about guest comfort. A very accommodating hotel with an excellent service culture. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was great. The rooms, especially the beds, were comfortable, and the room cleaning was done perfectly. The breakfast was fresh and sufficient. The staff tried to be helpful in every way, and Sreya, Pauline, and Nalua at the reception were particularly energetic. It's a hotel we would definitely want to stay at again if we come to Dubai. Thank you for everything.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Special thanks to Chef Sobia, Chef Saeed, and Pradeep for taking care of us and checking in during breakfast at The Square. The hospitality of the staff was amazing. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and cozy. Room service was great. Neha at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay at this hotel. It has that warm, boutique, friendly vibe that makes you feel genuinely looked after. Neha, the receptionist who checked us in, even remembered us the next day and asked if we’d slept well or needed any help – such personal service is rare and really appreciated. The concierge team is lovely too; Narendra helped carry all my luggage all the way out to the main road. This is a no-frills hotel, but you still get a great spread at breakfast – from almost Chinese-style noodles to Western options – and they are relaxed about guests going in and out. The bed is comfortable, though you shouldn’t expect every amenity like toothbrushes to be provided, so bring your own essentials. We had just come from staying at The Palm for three nights and were worried this might feel like a downgrade, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location is also convenient – Dubai Mall is about 1.2 km away, and we even walked back when we couldn’t get a cab. It was very manageable. The only thing I’d improve is the car drop-off area. It’s a bit hard to find a proper spot to stop the car, and I wish the staff at the entrance were a little more cheerful and proactive in helping with arrivals. Overall, a charming, comfortable stay with truly kind staff and great value for the location. Would happily return.
