I had an amazing stay at Desert Rose Resort. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The only area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. If they can improve the internet service, this resort would be close to perfect. Overall, I highly recommend Desert Rose Resort and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Desert Rose Resort. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food offered a great variety with excellent quality. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The entertainment team was energetic and made the stay even more enjoyable. We came here for a 10-day holiday. The hotel does not serve drinks in glass bottles; everything is provided in plastic cups. This is also the first time I have seen orange juice being charged extra at an all-inclusive hotel. The Wi-Fi is very poor, especially outdoors. The connection constantly drops, making it difficult to use the internet. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not helpful when we asked for assistance. In addition, the check-in process took much longer than expected upon arrival. There are no snacks served with beer. The food variety is below expectations and needs improvement. We would like to thank the restaurant manager, who is very attentive and helpful. However, some of the staff make us hesitant to ask for drinks because they do not seem very welcoming. On the other hand, the young man who provides room service is very helpful and friendly. We still have 5 days left in our stay, and we hope this positive service continues throughout the rest of our holiday.

We glad that we have been in Desert Rose Resort. It was our first time in THIS hotel and to be honest - we don't want to change it in the future. The location might be a bit different from what you expect ( if to compare with busy Sheraton street). But on the other hand you will have cozy , calm and attractive area inside the Resort. Food is tasty, swimming pools are many and on each taste. But what is more important - staff and people inside. A special care and attention. They are all good and nice. They are all hard working and friendly. But oh my God , I wish I could remember the names of exactly and concrete ones. There is even Egyptian Superman on the beach - who knows exactly when to bring you new , fresh and cold beer!!!

Had a great stay at Desert Rose Resort! The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day. A special thanks to Mo, the Latino dance instructor. He is very polite, professional, and passionate about what he does. His classes were fun, energetic, and added so much to our holiday experience. Highly recommend Desert Rose and would definitely come back!
