We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special shout-out to Rachelle, who greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. Aisya was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Claire ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay, and her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Aigenem was amazing—very helpful and proactive, making sure we were comfortable at all times. And of course, Diva, whose cheerful energy and excellent service truly elevated the whole experience. Each of them played a role in making our stay exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond—we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Stayed here for a 10 night family break. Our 2 bed suite was fantastic, super comfy bed and well equipped with kitchen and utility and amazing views across the marina. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the reception staff, the breakfast crew for the fantastic food and service and some of the best coffee we've ever had, the bar staff in Speakeasy, and the amazing Muhammad from housekeeping who looked after us throughout our stay. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

So i got the 7 star treatment at this hotel. I was a solo traveller, went all inclusive, flew with Emirates airlines, direct flight overnight and got to the hotel in the morning, had a few hours sleep and my Dubai adventure began. Chose this hotel for its location, 30 mins approx from airport, close to JBR beach, marina, the Walk, the tram station, the metro, the marina mall. The staff were all amazing, too many to mention but I had a lot of interaction with them all and they made this travel experience so amazing. My room was upgraded (thanks Aisha) cannot fault anything. I am a very fussy eater and with the 3 restaurants available to me, along with the pool bar and meals on the sun loungers/tables to sit and eat at the pool (thanks Gabriel) never went hungry. They have excursions onsite from Raynah and I did a lot (hot air balloon, helicopter, dophins and water park at Atlantis, Dubai tour, Abu Dhabi Tour, Le Perle show). I highly recomend it and would love to stay again. Big thanks to Jonas at the coffee bar, a good friend to me and everyone at the hotel including the pool guys too. The hotel is amazing and i recommend to all.
