Thanks a lot for everything! It was truly one of the best hotels I have ever visited. I would like to thank the reception team, the staff, and the housekeeping team for their excellent service. What impressed me the most was how cheerful, friendly, and helpful everyone was—they were always ready to help without even being asked. In addition, the beach, the pool, and the rooms were all exceptionally clean. As a lovely surprise, on our check-out day, the hotel even provided us with four lunch boxes, which was a wonderful gesture. Highly recommended! Thank you once again for making our stay so fantastic. One of the best hotels in all of Hurghada. The staff is super friendly, and the food is completely safe to eat—I actually visited the kitchen myself. Before anything ends up on the buffet, it goes through several stages of cleaning and preparation. The resort grounds are compact, easy to navigate, and beautifully designed. The various bars by the pool and beach are excellent, and the beach itself is great, too. There are also plenty of activities for entertainment. That’s the only area where I’d have a complaint: the volleyball court is showing its age a bit and could use an upgrade. But it’s not a big deal—I’m really just nitpicking 😅 The rooms are lovely, and everything else is simply fantastic. I’ve been there four times already and am going back in two weeks. I love it there.

Beautiful hotel, great location, turquoise sea - top ten for service and staff! I was completely blown away by Hotel Continental. The entire facility is decorated with a lot of style and taste, and the special charm is given by the beautiful flowers and rich greenery that surrounds you at every step. Already upon arrival, we felt top-notch hospitality: we were greeted with a refreshing welcome juice, quick help with luggage and accommodation in the facility without waiting. Hygiene is at the highest level - everything is impeccably clean and fragrant. The location is perfect, right in front of the hotel there is a beautiful promenade with many shops, which is ideal for evening walks. All praise and greatest thanks go to manager Said. His attention to each guest, incredible kindness and high level of responsibility make everyone feel safe and special. His organization of the hotel is impeccable, and this can be seen through the work of the whole team - all the waiters and employees are incredibly friendly, professional and always smiling. I also want to highlight the team that takes care of guests on the beach: • Rida (bartender on the beach): Extremely hardworking, fast and tireless guy who makes sure the service is lightning fast. • Mahmoud (Beach Landscaping): A man with an uncanny ability to judge what someone needs at any given moment and immediately come to the rescue. A wonderful hotel and even more wonderful people. Highly recommended to everyone and we will definitely be back again!

This was my 11th visit to Egypt, and I can honestly say that Continental Hotel Hurghada gave me one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. The hotel has a beautiful sandy beach, crystal-clear sea, delicious food with a great variety, and everything is exceptionally clean. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful holiday. However, what truly makes this hotel special is its people. Every member of the staff we met was genuinely kind, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment, and their hospitality was simply outstanding. It is the little things, the attention to detail, and the genuine care for their guests that make Continental Hotel Hurghada stand out from so many other hotels. Over the years, I have stayed in many hotels in Egypt, from smaller hotels to luxury resorts, but I have honestly never experienced hospitality like this before. The greatest compliment I can give is this: we had only just returned home when we booked another 14-day holiday at Continental Hotel Hurghada for this August. So yes... my next trip will be my 12th visit to Egypt, and without any hesitation, we chose Continental Hotel Hurghada again. I simply can't wait to come back! Second time in this hotel and everything is wonderful 😊 Rooms are spacious and clean, quiet for sleeping. Food is good and various, something for everyone. The best part is the fun- activities like volleyball, vaterpolo, darts, aqua gym, dancing etc. Animation team is great, keep it up guys!! You're all super fun,always smiling and find time for every guest to chat and offer information if needed ❤️ 😘
