We love travelling as a family and usually stay together in one room when we travel with our children. For this Bangkok trip, we decided to try Conrad Bangkok Residences, and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. Service was excellent, and any requests were attended to promptly. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and tidy throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was the peaceful location. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, allowing us to sleep very well each night while still being conveniently located for getting around Bangkok. Special compliments to the management team. I’m not sure who manages this property, but they are doing an excellent job. The hotel is well maintained, staff are professional and friendly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our family holiday so comfortable. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

I want to say special thanks to the Valet staff, Front Office team (Special thank you to Sunjinan Tonphu "Daisy"-Guest Relation manager, Nichapa Teerawutudom "Nicky" Duty manager and Ayelyn). Thank you special thank you is for Housekeeping team and F&B team for their wonderful job well done. My favorite was the cappuccino that being serve during our breakfast was the best ever. Clean room. Spacious but design is minimal, professional. Food is good. Really massive, impressive meeting hall. I mark location just 3 star due to really bad traffic all day. Best to walk from BTS

During my first stay, the breakfast did not meet expectations; however, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the anniversary amenities were beautifully prepared. When I stayed again last month, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in breakfast. It became much more refined and diverse, with a noticeable enhancement in taste. Unfortunately, the hotel forgot the promised anniversary amenities, which left a bit of regret during an otherwise pleasant trip. I hope the team can continue striving for excellence and ensure greater attention to promised details in the future. I look forward to experiencing your best service on my next visit!
