We had a wonderful stay at Celes Samui with our family. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We stayed in the beachfront pool villa. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had an amazing sea view that made every morning special. The facilities are excellent, with a lovely pool, direct beach access, fitness room and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was always attentive and friendly. What impressed us the most, however, was the way the hotel management handled an issue we experienced during our stay. Although the situation itself was unfortunate, the manager listened carefully, communicated openly and professionally, and made every effort to resolve it in a fair and customer-focused manner. That level of genuine care and service deserves recognition. Overall, we leave Celes Samui with very positive memories and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay on Koh Samui. We hope to return in the future.

I wanted to share our experience after booking our stay at Celes Samui through your company. Unfortunately, the level of service we received throughout our stay, and especially at the end of it, was disappointing and, at times, disrespectful. For example, when we accidentally left our room key inside the room, we were given only two options: pay 2,000 THB for a replacement key or wait until a staff member was available to come and unlock the room. In addition, although there were three guests staying in our room, only two bath towels were provided. I had to ask several times for an additional towel and even explain why we needed one. Another example involved transportation arranged through the hotel. The first time we booked a taxi to Ban Tai, we were charged 500 THB. A few days later, when we requested the exact same trip, we were told the price was 800 THB. When I pointed out that we had paid only 500 THB previously and asked why the price had changed, the receptionist waved the hotel's price list in front of me. When I looked at it myself, it clearly stated that the fare was 600 THB, which only reinforced our feeling that there was a lack of transparency and consistency. The most unpleasant experience occurred during check-out. A hotel representative came to inspect our room and appeared to be searching for reasons to charge us additional fees. First, we were told that a towel was missing and were asked to pay for it, to the point that I offered to open all of our suitcases to prove it was not in our possession. Then we were informed that a fork was missing, and I had to return to the room to search for it myself until it was eventually found. Friends who were traveling with us were also charged because a trash bin had been slightly damaged. Beyond these specific incidents, the overall feeling throughout our stay was one of mistrust toward guests, pettiness, a lack of transparency, and an apparent effort to find reasons to impose extra charges. This is not the level of service we would expect from a hotel of this standard, and it significantly affected our overall experience. We felt it was important to share this feedback with you in the hope that it will be taken into consideration in your future recommendations and cooperation with this hotel.

We are still enjoying this amazing hotel! Reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned about the status of the rooms and facilities but luckily we haven’t encountered any issues! This is an amazing resort well maintained, we are in the tropical villa which is a lovely room, very spacious and has a huge comfortable bed. The pools are great with the beach just next to it. Breakfast is amazing with a huge variety of food and the staff are super nice and friendly. The location is also very good, on the main road but you don’t hear the noise yet a walking distance to the fishermen village. We love it! It’s a great choice!

A truly wonderful resort! With three beautiful pools to choose from, there's always a quiet, relaxing spot to unwind. The service was excellent — friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to feel comfortable. It's a fun place that's perfect for the whole family. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

Very Nice resort with a Very goed breakfast. Perfect Pools and easy beach acces. Went in June Very quiet and relaxing. 1 point of notice. You can check in from 2 pm no moment earlier. And when you leave the bags in te lobby there is a chance that ants walk on them. But the view and the whole park made this better. Would recommend
