The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great pool, excellent food, and very friendly, professional service. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The Premium Villa is comfortable, though it doesn’t offer any particular view. Unfortunately, there are two major downsides. The first was New Year’s Eve. The price was extremely high for what was offered. It included only food (which was very good) and very weak entertainment. No drinks were included at all — not even water or a glass of champagne. Everything had to be purchased separately, bringing the total cost to around 8,000 THB per person. For that price, expectations were much higher, especially since similar New Year’s events in other hotels were free for their guests. Many people left during the event, which says a lot. The second, and biggest issue, was the beach. There was a large amount of trash in the sand and floating in the water, making swimming impossible. What was most disappointing was seeing hotel staff sweeping the trash back into the sea instead of collecting it. This is especially troubling when hotels promote sustainability by limiting towel and linen changes, yet allow pollution on their own beachfront. Overall, if you are not visiting during New Year’s Eve or other special events and mainly plan to relax by the pool, the hotel can be a good choice.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Celes Samui, and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked through the doors until the second I checked out, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The Room & Amenities The room itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It’s rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to the "little things" that make a stay seamless: Premium Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Modern Tech: I loved the smart lighting system and the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to get a bit of work done. Thoughtful Extras: The Nespresso machine in-room was a huge plus, and the bathroom felt like a private spa with its rainfall showerhead and high-end toiletries. Spotless Maintenance: The housekeeping team deserves a shout-out; the room was impeccably clean every single day. The Staff What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the extraordinary staff. It’s clear that hospitality is their top priority: Warm Welcome: The front desk team was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Personalized Service: The concierge went above and beyond to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for us at a local hotspot that was supposedly "fully booked." Attentive Vibe: Every staff member I encountered in the hallway greeted me with a smile. It felt like they were genuinely happy to have us there. If you’re looking for a place that combines high-end amenities with a staff that treats you like royalty, look no further than Celes Samui. I can’t wait to return on my next trip!

This was the best vacation we have ever had in Thailand. The hotel is amazing — beautiful, with many pools, excellent food, and fantastic breakfasts. It’s just a perfect place overall, no matter if you’re a couple or traveling with small children. We traveled with a one-year-old child and truly enjoyed our stay. The spa is absolutely wonderful. We stayed here in 2024 and are already planning to come back in 2025 because the experience was truly unforgettable. We are eagerly looking forward to all our future trips here.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the hotel itself is beautiful. the bellman warmly welcomed us. The front desk they were friendly, polite, helpful and professional, making the check-in experience pleasant. Khun Nan thank you very much🙏🏻 Special thanks to Khun Noi for our extend stay and good taking care we are really appreciated! We also loved the service at both restaurant. The staff there were extremely helpful and provided outstanding service throughout our visit. The drinks were excellent as well. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and great taste. Thank you, Chef, for making such delicious Thai food, especially the stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, the pasta, and the fried chicken wings.” Love it😋 Thank you to all the housekeeping staff. Everyone is very kind—greeting us in the morning and giving a wai. This also includes the gardeners and technicians. the staff at pool bar. The service is great, smiling as always 😊 Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, the food, and the atmosphere of the hotel. We will definitely come back again!

I enjoyed my stay so much here! They take so much care of this place. Every single soul was soooo friendly and cute. I also booked a treatment in the Spa and it was incredible relaxing and super professional! The room was huge (Deluxe Room) and the bed very comfortable. Also at night is was super calm. You’re 10mim walk away from the noisy part of the Fisherman village. So it’s really perfect to relax and you still have the choice to get easily to the more busy part of the beach. Thanks so much! Definitely will come again!
