My stay at Canopy by Hilton was wonderful. The place is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing. The front desk staff was outstanding! very kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything needed. Abbas was always attentive and Mudassar at valet came running to help. They both were super sweet and attentive. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, calm atmosphere, and exceptional service!

Really wonderful stay. Love the location next to the creek! The breakfasts are much better than I had anticipated, and the omelette station is incredible! Chef Udara makes the most amazing omelettes, and you can sit outside and enjoy the lovely fresh air while you eat your omelette. There’s a lot on offer for breakfast - you won’t be disappointed. There’s rooms are big and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Canopy by Hilton Dubai while attending a wedding, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great atmosphere throughout. The location was also very convenient. A special thank you to Arjun and Abbas, who were outstanding. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially during such a busy time. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, beautifully designed spaces, and a great location that makes exploring the area really easy. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially thanks to Chef Udara, who made the most unbelievable omelettes. Not only were they perfectly cooked and full of flavour, but his kindness and friendliness truly stood out and made the experience extra special. He took the time to chat, remembered preferences, and created such a positive start to the day. An excellent hotel with outstanding service — I would happily return and highly recommend it.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We were completely thrilled during our first stay, and everything was fine the second time around but this time, we are unfortunately a little disappointed. On a positive note, however, the breakfast is still absolutely excellent. Upon arrival, our room was not as clean as we had been accustomed to in the past. The dinner has also changed significantly compared to before: some dishes have been replaced, the selection has become smaller, and the portions are also significantly smaller. We would have preferred to pay a little more but keep the usual portion size, as unfortunately we did not feel full after eating the menu. However, the staff continue to be outstanding. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous and treated us exceptionally well. We would particularly like to mention Udara, who prepared exceptionally delicious omelets and eggs for us every morning and always made sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it. His warm, open manner, his tireless dedication, and his constant smile enriched our stay every day. Not only did he spoil us with his culinary skills, but he also treated us with incredible warmth and friendliness. Udara has found a very special place in our hearts, and we are grateful to have met him. Patrick also looked after us kindly at all times and fulfilled our every wish. With his attentive and helpful manner, he ensured that we always felt well looked after. His pleasant demeanor and reliable service were a great support during our stay. Despite our criticisms, we would like to thank the entire team for their warm hospitality and hope that the usual standard will be restored during our next stay.
