We had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I would especially like to thank Maria and Sabita 🥰🥰 for their exceptional service during breakfast. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making each morning a pleasant experience. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great accommodations, outstanding breakfast, and excellent customer service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.😊

The hotel is in an excellent location in Al Seef, within walking distance of Old Dubai, the creek, restaurants, and shops. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place for a staycation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the swimming pool was enjoyable. Although the pool does not directly face the creek, it was still a pleasant place to relax. The hotel also offers excellent value for money considering its location, facilities, and overall quality. What I didn’t like: The pillows in our room did not seem fresh upon arrival and had an unpleasant smell, as if they had been previously used. We requested replacements, and the staff promptly provided new ones. In summary, it was a relaxing and excellent value-for-money stay in the heart of Al Seef, with great breakfast, comfortable facilities, and a fantastic location.

Amazing experience for their Iftar buffet, served very well and the food was excellent. Everything was beautifully arranged and the variety was really impressive. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Moreover, the team was super kind and helpful. Especially Shital — she was such a wonderful girl, assisted us with a special cake and truly made us feel extra special. Her warm and friendly service made our evening even more memorable. Akhil was also very kind and took wonderful photos and videos of us. We are super happy about it! It’s not often you find staff who go the extra mile like this. Overall, it was a lovely Iftar experience and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended 🤍✨

I recently stayed at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef with my friends for a quick staycation, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out—especially Mr. Avi at the reception. He was genuinely warm, friendly, and very accommodating, making our check-in smooth and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We booked four rooms, and although our request for a twin bed in one room couldn’t be fulfilled due to availability, the team quickly arranged an extra bed for us, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the room view wasn’t the best—but honestly, it didn’t take away much from our overall experience. Food-wise, the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, but everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the location. Being right by Al Seef along Dubai Creek gave us such a nice evening experience—we even took a walk after dinner and ended up hiring a boat for a two-hour creek cruise towards the Dubai Festival City side and back. It was such a memorable way to spend the night. We only stayed for one night, but we honestly wished we could extend our stay if not for work the next day. Overall, it was a lovely staycation, and we’d definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with friends!
