There was a mix up at check-in and it took us 25 minutes at the front desk (not in line, at the desk) to get a room. We were promised a voucher for food and beverage for our trouble. I checked again with the desk the next morning to make sure this voucher was on our account (was told it would not appear on our account statement available on the TV, but would be handled after we checked out). Checked again on the voucher at checkout and was told the voucher would be applied within 10 days. Well, guess what? After 10 days no voucher applied and a call back to the hotel was no help. Watch out for this bait and switch! You have to walk through the casino to get to the elevator for the main tower. That takes you through a room full of cigarette smoke and there is no way around that. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The views are great, as is the location. Given our overall experience, though, I would not make this my first, second, or third choice for a place to stay on the strip.

We had such a wonderful time at Bellagio Resort Las Vegas! The atmosphere is beautiful, and it was great seeing the kids enjoy themselves and have such a fun time. There is so much to see and experience, and it made our family getaway very memorable. The resort is beautiful, the surroundings are amazing, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We loved being able to relax, explore, and make great family memories together. We would definitely love to come back again! Great Hotel the amazing art that the display in their hotel is breathtaking and talented.

Very good location, center of the city and action, connected to many shops and other hotels. Very spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, clean. Many restaurants and cafes inside the hotel, though cafes tend to be busy all the time. If you want quiet room avoid the one looking to the fountains. Everything is nice though if you want less crowds this is not the place as the hotel is busy 24/7 and always many guest, visitors around in the hotel lobby, cafes, shops, casino.

An absolutely unforgettable experience! The Bellagio exceeded every expectation. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and the service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and offered stunning views. The famous fountains, gorgeous conservatory, and vibrant atmosphere made every moment special. The restaurants were outstanding, and the location on the Las Vegas Strip was perfect for exploring. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend the Bellagio to anyone looking for a world-class luxury stay and can’t wait to return!

The Bellagio has always been one of my favorite hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. Every time I walk through the doors, it still has that classic Vegas feeling of elegance and excitement. I really enjoy the casino—the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, and there’s a great selection of table games and slots. The entire property is beautiful, from the lobby and conservatory to the restaurants and, of course, the fountains out front. What I like most about the Bellagio is that even after all these years, it still feels special. There are a lot of newer hotels in Vegas, but the Bellagio has a character and elegance that’s hard to duplicate. Always a great place to visit, gamble, have dinner, or just enjoy the evening. Definitely one of the true icons of Las Vegas.
