I had an amazing stay at Aria for a full week in July 2026, and I want to give a special shoutout to managers Myles, Glen, and Shawn for making my experience truly exceptional! Over the course of my week-long stay, each of them provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, and their commitment to excellent guest service did not go unnoticed. It’s managers like Myles, Glen, and Shawn who can truly make the difference between a good stay and an amazing experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made my week at Aria even more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate all three of them for the exceptional hospitality they extended to me. They represented Aria extremely well and are a true asset to the property. I would absolutely recommend Aria and look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I wont go on about how beautiful the casino floor is and how amazing it smells because you can just walk in to experience that. The rooms, the customer service, the location, and food options are all reasons you should stay here! Rooms are getting a refresh soon but they are still great and feels modern. Can't wait to see how they look when the remodel is done. Hallways are super quiet with how big they are. Food options are a good mix of fancy sit down and quick service. 24/7 options are available on property too! Ill end with the customer service. All of the staff here is very very friendly and inviting. Raven at the front desk was super cool, she made our trip from the get go absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! PS the shower head and water pressure are GREAT!

He took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns with patience and genuine care, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Employees like Angel truly make a difference, and I feel lucky to have been assisted by him. Aria is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and professional as Angel representing the front desk. Mid at best — definitely expected more from a luxury hotel. I was honestly underwhelmed with my stay at ARIA. The room felt humid and had an unpleasant smell, which immediately took away from the luxury experience. Several of the lights weren’t working either, so I had to call maintenance to come fix them as well as address the humidity/dehumidifier issue. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, I expected the room to be in much better condition upon arrival rather than having to call someone to fix multiple issues. The gym was really nice and probably one of the better parts of the stay. Overall, though, the experience was pretty mid and didn’t live up to what I expected from ARIA or the price point.

I am extremely disappointed with the way ARIA handled my lost property. I stayed at the hotel over the July 4th holiday and accidentally left several personal items in a drawer in my room. Within just a few days of my stay, I contacted the hotel and filed a report for my missing jacket, providing a detailed description and even the brand. Later, when preparing for a special event, I realized that I had also left my gold earrings and perfume in the room, and I immediately contacted the hotel again to add those items to my report. I was then told that I needed to speak with Security. I eventually spoke directly with a security representative and filed an additional report with them as well. Unfortunately, during that conversation, I did not feel that my concerns were being taken seriously, which made the experience even more frustrating. Despite filing reports with both the hotel and Security, I have still received no meaningful response, explanation, or follow-up. These items were worth more than $500, and some also had sentimental value to me. I fully understand that it was my responsibility to make sure I removed everything from the room. However, I am 100% certain these items were left there, and I reported the first missing item only a few days after my stay. For a hotel with ARIA’s reputation, I expected a much more serious, responsive, and transparent effort to locate my belongings. The most upsetting part is not simply that the items are missing—it is the lack of communication and follow-up after I took the proper steps to report them. I hope ARIA management will read this review, investigate what happened, and contact me regarding my case. Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this hotel.
