I would say overall the MGM signature is a very good and consistent. Stay in Las vegas especially if you are looking for a smoke free and casino free environment on the strip of Las vegas. The other option is if you’re bringing kids or family it’s also a great place to stay. The location is smoke-free and has a condominium or apartments type vibe. The rooms all have a kitchenette with a mini fridge or a large fridge available. They feel roomy and spacious. If you get a room with a balcony of views are spectacular typically of either the Vegas trip or the backside of Topgolf or the swimming pool. There’s not a lot of food and dining choices at the signature, but you are connected to the MGM Grand and cWalk there within a 10-minute timeframe. While there is no casino on-site, you are connected to the MGM Grand. You have access to multiple pools within the Signature property, as well as the MGM pool and the Beach Dayclub at Palms, all within a short walk from your room. The main downsides are that Uber pickups can be a bit far if you’re in Tower Two or Three, and the front desk staff can be inconsiderate. I experienced poor treatment during check-in despite booking through Marriott as a top-tier Platinum member, and others have reported similar issues. However, I did encounter helpful front desk staff at times, and some service interactions were positive. It’s evident that staff training on hospitality and customer service needs improvement. Overall, the distance between amenities and rooms, especially in Tower 3, can be challenging. You need to weigh the pros and cons carefully when staying here.

Please avoid staying at The Signature at MGM Grand!!! Their condos/rooms are managed by a third party called Fantastic Stay and this third party management company is beyond awful- unprofessional, non responsive and terrible customer service. At check-in, the property could not locate our prepaid reservation and my group of 5 spent about 2 hours in the lobby while Booking.com tried to contact the management company to sort things out. We dealt with multiple dropped customer service calls and very little communication during the process. MGM didn't have any solutions/answers because everything needed to be dealt through Fantastic Stay, the management company. Things only got worse after check-in. The unit was stocked with one new roll of toilet paper and one partially used roll for 5 people staying 3 nights, only 2 coffee packets total, and no housekeeping or trash service. We repeatedly requested basic supplies beginning the first night and were ignored for days. We eventually had to resort to using tissue paper because no toilet paper was ever delivered despite multiple promises that it would be. Meanwhile, the management company was extremely responsive when requesting payment directly from us and threatening to terminate our stay and deactivate our room keys if we did not pay immediately after Booking.com refunded the reservation. The MGM front desk staff themselves were kind, but they appeared to have little information or authority regarding these privately managed units, which made the entire setup feel incredibly disorganized. I'm not sure what MGM was thinking when they set up this arrangement, it's ruining their brand. I've reached out to MGM through 3 different emails and have yet to receive a response. If you book here, make absolutely sure you understand whether you are booking directly with MGM or through a third-party condo management company.

Very comfortable hotel. Beds are very cosy and the room has all necessary options: fridge, sink, microwave, coffee machine, an iron, a safe. The bathroom is very spacious with a separate toilet. There are 31 floors with a nice view on the sphere from all floors. Within 7 min walk from the MGM Grand Hotel where a lot of restaurants, amenities, shops and a station for the monorail. The hotel has 3 tours, separated by a walk-in corridor. The check-in and check-out during the day can be done at each tower, but at night it needs to be in Tower 2. A 300 USD refundable deposit is required at check-in for damage and incident, refunded within 2 to 3 days after checkout. The food options at the hotel is limited. No option for included breakfast. There is a starbucks at Tower 1 and a small restaurant in Tower 2 with good options for breakfast, but limited options for lunch. For breakfast, they offer a variety of choices such as Avocado on toast with a fresh salad, Salmon bagel with fresh salad, egg on croissant with fresh salad, bowl of fruits, etc... All with good size portions and very tasty. Taxis are available at the door exit of each tower, and Uber drop off point within 1 minute of the tower entrance.

Stayed at Tower 3 of The Signature and absolutely loved the experience! It’s perfect if you want to be close to the action but still enjoy a peaceful and quieter atmosphere. Being slightly away from the main casino crowd makes it feel more private and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feel more like a luxury suite than a standard hotel room. The kitchenette and large bathroom are a big plus, especially for longer stays. The balcony views of the Las Vegas Strip are beautiful, especially at night. If you are staying in Tower 3 they have Sphere view rooms, which make is more beautiful. It’s connected to MGM Grand via an indoor walkway, so you get easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and the casino — but can come back to calm and comfort. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone who wants a classy Vegas stay without the nonstop casino noise. Would definitely stay here again! ✨

One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The location is not ideal as walk a bit to get to The Strip, but if you know that going in it's not a big deal. Also, there is no casino on this property. That is a bonus for me personally, but won't be for many. The rooms are big by Vegas standards. I'm a pretty big dude, and I don't feel cramped. We were on the Top Golf side. The view was not amazing, but certainly not bad by any means.
