My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt first-class. The property was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They treated us like royalty and made us feel valued every step of the way. It’s rare to experience service that feels this thoughtful and sincere, and we are extremely grateful. This hotel helped make our anniversary even more memorable, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a place that combines cleanliness, comfort, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality, this is absolutely the place to stay. You will not be disappointed.

Me and my family recently stayed at the Nobu Hotel Las Vegas for 3 nights. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. We got a double queen bed. It is centrally located - part of Caesar's. And our daughters loved having a private pool as the large pool got quite packed ! We would have appreciated having an empty fridge that we could have filled with beverages as it was 107* Like many hotels, they had them pre-filled with $$$ drink options. Now the reason why I took away a star . The hotel staff needs to better communicate with their guests. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon. We thought check in was 3 pm (typical) but it's actually 4 pm. Luckily, my brother and his family had checked in the day before. When I checked in at 1:30 PM, I requested if they could put my room and my sister's room on the same floor. It was simply a request, not a demand. At 4:05 PM, I called reservations and they told me that the room wasnt ready yet but that they would "expedite housekeeping" Ok, cool. At 4;30 PM, I headed down to the check in desk (72nd floor). I was told that "the delay was due to your special request to be on the same floor" No estimate for when the room would be ready. I waited in the lobby until 4:55 PM when I was again told that there was no ETA for when the room would be ready. At 4:30 PM they did say we could have a room on another floor. So, we asked for that room as we had dinner reservations at 6 pm. My frustration, again, is lack of communication. You had my phone number. How about being proactive and calling me at 4PM to let me know that 1) room on same floor isn't ready but they could get us another room that was ready on a different floor? Instead of telling us the "cleaning was being expedited?" It was extremely frustrating as we were tired from our flight.

NOBU staff were very nice and friendly. Was moved here from Caesar's Palace after they oversold rooms and could not guarantee our reservation. The NOBU staff were very accommodating. The atmosphere is very quiet with calm music playing. In the morning they have complimentary tea and coffee. I enjoyed the tea selection- very unique flavors. The room had nice decor and the bed was comfortable. The robe was nice and the provided toiletry kit had a lot of thought put into it.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. We had a strip facing room which we really enjoyed. The proximity to everything in Caesars is really hard to beat and definitely the best part of this hotel. While these rooms are a little small they make up for that in their amenities and decor. I don't feel that it's fair to remove a star, but the only thing that I would say about the strip facing rooms are that they are right over Omnia so we could hear the bass playing most of the night. A simple fix is just turning on some white noise on your phone and it took care of it, but just wanted to point this out to anyone who might be a light sleeper. I really liked that we almost always had the elevators to ourselves and really never had to wait for one. Will be staying there again in the future!

I would give one star, but the staff was helpful, so I’m giving three stars. The rooms are connected in a strange, cornered layout, and the walls are far too thin—especially for a hotel inside a casino. We checked in around 7pm, exhausted, and went straight to sleep. Around 11pm, the guests next door arrived and were very loud. We called the front desk, and it took about 10–15 minutes for someone to come and ask them to quiet down. Then around 3am, guests on the other side came in and started playing loud music, laughing, and talking. At that point, I had to call the front desk again and request a room change. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room, although it wasn’t the two-bed room we originally booked. At least the issue was resolved. That said, for a hotel in a busy casino with late-night, party-type guests, it’s hard to understand why the rooms are built with such poor soundproofing. Noise should be expected in this environment, and there should be better measures in place to prevent it from traveling between rooms. The bedding was comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
