I had a great stay at the Nobu Hotel Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. I especially liked the bathroom. A nice touch was the complimentary bottled water, which is greatly appreciated in the Las Vegas heat. The hotel also has a small but well-equipped fitness center, and complimentary afternoon cocktails were a great added benefit. If you book through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, you can make excellent use of the included hotel credits at the restaurants, which adds even more value to the stay. The only downside was that I didn’t receive a room upgrade, and the view from my room wasn’t particularly impressive. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay at the Nobu Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Las Vegas was outstanding overall. During check-in, there were two minor communication issues, but both were resolved immediately and professionally. As an American Express guest, everything else worked exactly as it should, and all of the promised benefits were honored without any problems. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely well taken care of. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and eager to help. Whether it was getting a coffee, asking about the fitness facilities, or any other request, everything was handled promptly and with great care. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping team. Our room was spotless every single day, and the housekeeper was incredibly kind, thorough, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the boutique Nobu Hotel inside Caesars Palace is absolutely worth a visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, especially to American Express guests who want to make the most of their travel benefits.

My stay at Nobu Hotel inside Caesars Palace was excellent. I really liked the exclusive entrance and dedicated check-in counter, which made the arrival process feel more private and convenient than the main lobby at the Caesar's Palace. The elevators were fast and only stopped at my assigned floor after scanning my room key, which added an extra sense of security. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view of the Las Vegas Strip was nice, although I had hoped for a south facing room, ended up with the north facing room instead. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay at Nobu Hotel again.

Me and my family recently stayed at the Nobu Hotel Las Vegas for 3 nights. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. We got a double queen bed. It is centrally located - part of Caesar's. And our daughters loved having a private pool as the large pool got quite packed ! We would have appreciated having an empty fridge that we could have filled with beverages as it was 107* Like many hotels, they had them pre-filled with $$$ drink options. Now the reason why I took away a star . The hotel staff needs to better communicate with their guests. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon. We thought check in was 3 pm (typical) but it's actually 4 pm. Luckily, my brother and his family had checked in the day before. When I checked in at 1:30 PM, I requested if they could put my room and my sister's room on the same floor. It was simply a request, not a demand. At 4:05 PM, I called reservations and they told me that the room wasnt ready yet but that they would "expedite housekeeping" Ok, cool. At 4;30 PM, I headed down to the check in desk (72nd floor). I was told that "the delay was due to your special request to be on the same floor" No estimate for when the room would be ready. I waited in the lobby until 4:55 PM when I was again told that there was no ETA for when the room would be ready. At 4:30 PM they did say we could have a room on another floor. So, we asked for that room as we had dinner reservations at 6 pm. My frustration, again, is lack of communication. You had my phone number. How about being proactive and calling me at 4PM to let me know that 1) room on same floor isn't ready but they could get us another room that was ready on a different floor? Instead of telling us the "cleaning was being expedited?" It was extremely frustrating as we were tired from our flight.

This is our first stay at Nobu and we are so impressed with the hotel! Nobu is quiet and Serene in the Middle of the (fun) chaos of Caesar’s palace. Where the hotel really shines though is the staff. If I could I’d give 10 stars for service. They make you feel welcome and go out of their way to make your stay great . Anthony and Kim at the front desk are Amazing. The gym is spotless they have cool little events like cocktails or tea happy hours. I won’t stay anywhere else from now on!
