Been to Resorts World three times, first time spending the night. This was a staycation for my wife and me. They have a quite a few nice selections of restaurants for just about everyone's taste and budget. Went to see a concert in their areana, very nice, organized well for entering and exiting it. Went to their speakeasy, nice and intimate, good selection of whiskeys, beer n wine, not too loud. Very good selections of gaming and table games. Bars with video poker were nice. All staff that we interacted with, were friendly and professional. The room was awesome, we upgraded to a suite, well worth the upgrade. Free parking for locals which is very nice, wish MGM and Ceasars properties would get a clue on that. Will definitely be back.

Great stay at Conrad with family. We stayed in a one bedroom suite room facing the strip. When we came inside the room, it was well maintained, bright, and inviting. We liked a lot of the features of the room, like a mini fridge, overhead shower, and the modern tech in room has. We were initially hesitant on using the red concierge for bring items to the room, though it worked better than our expectations and we got our items delivered to our room in a quick fashion and got our requested items right. We'll definitely stay here at concrad and enjoyed our stay.

This resort is great. We love the amenities and variety of food and shopping. Gaming is fun with a lot of choices. The only downside is that it is all the way on the north side of the strip. So definitely not walking distance to anything. If you don't plan on leaving the resort or are ok with getting a ride to other sites, it's a great place to stay. I definitely recommend it.

Guest Recovery Request and Concern Regarding Recent Experience Dear Resorts World and Conrad Guest Relations Leadership, It is with sincere disappointment that we write regarding our recent experience at the Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. Following our stay on June 5, 2026, we had planned to return June 19–21, 2026. Unfortunately, after interactions with both front-line staff and management, we made the difficult decision to cancel our reservation. Upon arrival at approximately 1:00 AM following a lengthy flight delay, we encountered the only male front desk representative working at that time. During a discussion regarding accommodations and upgrades, we were told, “If you were Silver Status,” and “We don’t have suites here.” We were further asked, “You do realize you’re staying at the Conrad, right?” The tone felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and inconsistent with the hospitality standards we have historically associated with the Conrad brand. Following our stay, I contacted management regarding the experience and our upcoming reservation. Rather than receiving empathy or assistance, I was advised, “This has nothing to do with Hilton; these are Resorts World policies.” When I requested further escalation, I was told, “No, I’m not making any other calls. This is final.” What makes this particularly disappointing is our family’s longstanding history with Hilton and Resorts World properties. Prior to the financial hardships many families experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were active American Express Hilton Honors cardholders and frequent guests. During those years, requests regarding accommodations, upgrades, parking, dining credits, and guest services were consistently handled with professionalism and hospitality. While we understand that policies exist, our concern centers on how the conversations were handled. The interactions left us feeling that our loyalty, history, and patronage no longer carried value. When guests choose Resorts World, they invest in far more than a hotel room. A residency of the visit includes dining, entertainment, shopping, gaming, and the overall resort experience. Luxury hospitality is defined by service, recognition, and creating memorable experiences regardless of status level. Given the circumstances, we respectfully request consideration of a guest recovery package that would help restore our trust and confidence in the Resorts World and Conrad brands and rebuild the positive relationship we once enjoyed with your property. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be grateful for consideration of: • A premium King Suite (approximately 1,100 square feet) within the Conrad Tower on a high floor with panoramic Las Vegas Strip views. • Five complimentary room nights that may be utilized across future visits rather than consecutively. • Waived pet fees for Reece and Chanel during those stays. • Complimentary self-parking or valet parking. • VIP access to Allē Lounge on 66 during future visits. • Four complimentary dining experiences or dining credits redeemable at participating Resorts World restaurants. • Four complimentary entertainment or event tickets for Resorts World performances or attractions. We remain hopeful that leadership will view this matter as an opportunity to restore goodwill and reaffirm the guest-centered service standards that luxury travelers have come to expect from Resorts World and the Conrad. Loyalty is built through exceptional service, meaningful recognition, and a commitment to making things right when expectations are not met. I had the most amazing stay at Conrad this past week. I was here for the Daswani baby arrival celebration and we were throughly looked after by Louis and the team. All the Housekeeping team were particularly thoughtful and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and had a fabulous view of the strip. Thank you for looking after us !
