Amazing hotel. It's just a shame I got a room with a view of the rooftops. A luxurious, high-class hotel, very large and has everything. The prices are expensive for those coming from Israel. The restaurants and attractions are not cheap at all. Even in the casino there is no option for a roulette table with an entry price of less than $15. This sucks for a stay at the hotel for those who love casinos. What did stand out was a guy of Bulgarian origin who was really nice and made us have fun in the roulette area. Fitz, the casino manager, is really nice. All the employees are really nice

Everything was nice. Don't know when it was built but it felt brand new still. Customer service was great and the room had a great view. Definitely needed those black out curtains. Wish I stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities. Definitely would like to go back.

So in my second time staying here I’ll say the perks are it’s location to a Dennys Fashion Mall Vegas and the arts district. Great pool and gymn and options for in house dining. That being said the service in the restaurants has gone down along with the old school fun Vegas spirit of hearing why you’re visiting or recommending hot spots. The sushi place has great cocktails, La Vida margarita place good food but not great service ahd Red Taiks pathetically closed it’s kitchen at 8 on a Thursday night?? The shops are ok and Suns Out is quick breakfast fun with Juniors a decent dinner spot not as pricey as places around. Lastly the room was so cave like it was depressing at times - why are more lights a bad thing ??? I’m Rambling and overall it’s a good hotel that could be a bit better

Online checking doesnt work on the app. Even if done through their system only works on a iphone so if you dont have a iphone you have to wait a hr in line to get your key. During online checking selecting to prepay for parking does nothing its just to inform you that there a fee for parking that you have to scan a qr code and pay separately even tho its on the check in process they have and they tell you if you call in advance to park and see the front desk to put it on your bill. They have snacks and drinks in the room but to no price guide. If you select to have the mini bar locked they will conveniently leave it unlocked.

We stayed here 4 nights and had a overall great experience. The rooms are very nice. We had a city view that we enjoyed. Check in and check out was very slow. During check out, one of their associates was approaching people in line and asking for our room numbers to check us out and we would receive an email confirmation. I hadn't received an email after 4hours and luckily came back since our flight was later and asked for a receipt. Turns out, there was a discrepancy on my receipt having me pay more than it actually should have been by $60. Thanks to the gentleman for making the adjustments but this is an absolute dishonesty in billing slapping additional fees on the bill. With the way the resort fees are already making you pay $220, wasn't this enough for you to overcharge clients without even having coffee or anything in the room for your customers, just way too much greed. Sadly I had to change the rating now from 5 stars because of this discrepancy.
