Excellent stay at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. The room was very clean, modern, and well furnished. The entire resort was beautiful, well maintained, and had a fresh upscale feel throughout. The casino was also very clean and enjoyable. There were plenty of great restaurants on site, making it very convenient to dine without leaving the resort. We also appreciated the electric vehicle charging stations available in the parking structure. The pools and amenities were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is a beautiful and well managed property. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Las Vegas.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, our stay went well. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. However, I am extremely concerned about the charges made to my bank account after our stay. At check-in, a $300 security deposit was placed on my card ($150 per night), which was clearly explained and completely acceptable. What I do not understand is that this amount later appeared to increase to more than $580 without any explanation. Furthermore, a few hours after check-out, the hotel attempted to charge an additional $400+ to my account, on top of the $580 already being held. This means that nearly $1,000 has been charged or authorized on my card, despite the fact that my room was already fully paid for. At check-out, the receptionist clearly confirmed that everything was settled, that there were no issues with the room, and that no additional charges were due. In addition, my hotel account and final bill both show a balance of $0, which makes these extra charges even more confusing. I would appreciate an explanation regarding these transactions, as they seem abnormal and were never communicated to us. I would like someone from the hotel to contact me as soon as possible to clarify this situation and resolve the issue. Until then, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience with the billing process.

Positives: Great arrival and check in. Skipped the line straight to room with digital key. Departure was equally simple and fast with amazing staff member with tablet helping us out. All the staff encounters were some of the best I have ever received in Vegas. So friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless clean. Beautiful facilities. Bed was pretty comfortable. Loved the shower with bench Even the non strip view side was great with floor to ceiling windows to take in the view from one of the 23rd floor. Room rate we got was really good with the booking excluding resort fees. Negatives: It is a bit of a walk to the main strip. The up-sell game is huge Watch out for eye-popping prices on in room snacks and mini bar items. Overall I would definitely book again and highly recommend for budget-minded who still want a near luxury hotel.

This is a good place to stay with a prime location and appealing amenities, including an extensive pool complex with an adult pool. There are numerous gaming options, along with a variety of bars, dining venues, nightclubs, and day clubs, creating a lively atmosphere. However, some guests may find that the gaming prices are higher compared to other strip casinos, and food and beverage costs tend to be on the higher side. Additionally, the hospitality experience can vary, as some staff members, particularly at the bars, gaming areas, and nightclubs, may not always exhibit the most welcoming attitude. Overall, it offers a vibrant environment with room for improvement in guest service.

My stay at Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The hotel is stunning, modern, luxurious, and exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. One of my favorite parts was the breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip at night, it looked so beautiful and made the entire experience feel even more magical. What I loved the most was how quiet and peaceful the room was. Even being on the Strip, the room felt so relaxing and private, which made it easy to fully rest and enjoy the stay. The staff were also extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything from the amenities to the atmosphere felt upscale and well-maintained. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas!
