Our stay in Jamaica was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcomed and at home. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded every expectation we had. A very special thank you to our butlers, Anthony and Tawani, who truly went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable. Every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness. Anthony would personally pick us up and escort us to dinner, place our napkins on our laps when we sat down, fill our waters, and even take our drink orders before the waiter made it to the table. He always made sure my 4-year-old daughter had a special drink of her choice, and she absolutely adored him. Seeing how kind and attentive he was with her made the experience even more special for our family. We also can’t forget the emotional goodbye from the staff before leaving the resort. They came out and sang to us, and it had all of us in tears not wanting to leave such a beautiful, magical place. The love and warmth we felt from everyone there is something we will never forget. This trip gave our family memories we will cherish forever, and I highly recommend this resort to all families looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. We already cannot wait to come back!

We have so many positive experiences and lifelong memories from our week at beaches. Overall the rooms were wonderful, staff was welcoming and kind, activities were plentiful, and food options were varied and yummy!! Some of the special things I want to highlight include the sensitivity to gluten allergy everywhere we went. I was always included in the meal with consideration of my needs and the food was great!!! Camiesha is a wonderful bar tender on the beach and made each drink with a smile. She was wonderful with our kids, particularly my son Jensen. Thank you Camiesha. Lindley welcomed us at the entrance with a giant smile and Jamaican love. He sat next to my son and shared stories of life. He was so kind and his smile melts your heart. Thank you Lindley!! Also I want to thank Roman in photography for taking such care with our wedding photos. He made each shot fun and memorable. We had a great time collaborating with him!!! Tommy-Ann, our wedding coordinator was splendid! She provided the right amount of guidance while allowing us to have our unique requests. She made sure those happened too!!! Our day and week felt stress free and perfect because of her. Thank you so much!!! My last big thank you goes out to the water sports group!! Sheeran and RoseMarie kept my big group organized and having fun!!! Micah made our welcome to the beach every morning and introduced new opportunities like skiing, snorkel, and even a private tour. Our private tour was so affordable and gave my family a once in a lifetime tour of Jamaica and Negril. Baba was the captain and was a wealth of knowledge!!! He gave us great historical info while being full of love and life!!! Papa Smurf was the expert snorkel and dive guide. He took us snorkeling in a cave, diving at Rick’s Cafe and even a sunset snorkel over the ship wreck. We also had our wonderful Micah for any additional needs and smiles!! We got to sing him Happy Birthday and celebrate a terrific day with family, friends, and Jamaica. Baba, Papa Smurf and Micah were so loving, kind, knowledgeable and respectful of each of us and our needs. They made the family vacation a treasured memory for all. We love you guys!!

Trip experience was a mix. The beach is naturally beautiful. The property is older and while it could be seen that the grounds looked pristine at the early start of the day, by the afternoons it felt messy...glasses, trash, and towels left out on beach, at pools, at shared areas. I realize that is due to guests not properly disposing of their things as they should but the resort was also not prepared to handle. Everyone we met on staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall very nice staff. Housekeeping came late afternoon so not the most convenient time but they do a thorough job. Some food was really good...do not miss Yaku or Stella. And others were a disappointment like Soy where we were seated at the counter and saw bugs walking around and Mariachi which was situated right by the kids pool and felt really hectic at lunch. Thankfully for dinner the kids pool is closed so it is better then. Mill buffet was ok. Drinks were plentiful. Bartenders work hard and do a nice job of getting things done quickly but bars are a mess...again the staff cannot keep up with dirty glasses and trash. The beach cabana is a nice add-on option. It offers some butler service to get you drinks and food which can make a day on the beach very relaxing. Only issue is that the push for tipping was a bit strong. Snorkeling was good. The guide was very engaged and did a nice job pointing out sea creatures for the group. Evening entertainment is available but the shows and costumes need a refresh. Singers and dancers seem dedicated but entertainment is clearly not a budget priority for this resort. Only one onsite shop but has good variety. But please pack your toiletries! We forgot bug spray and that was $26. The 1.5 hour transportation to and from Montego Bay airport was easy.

Beaches Negril is amazing. We have stayed at this resort 3 times over the past several years. We have stayed at other Sandals and Beaches resorts. This isn't the newest resort you can stay at but the warmth of the hospitality is unmatched, the beach is amazing, good food and always good times. The people who work here make it truly memorable. Natasha our bulter for the day renting a cabana was so attentive and amazing. I believe his name is Edgar the chef at Marachi came out to introduce himself and personally make something for my wife when the El Pastor she ordered wasn't ready. It special off menu food was so good and again he was such a warm person as well. We went to Kimonos for dinner on Fathers day. Chef Romel was outstanding. Out of all the times we ate at Kimonos over the years at various Sandals this was by far the best!!! OD from loyalty and travel was amazing as well helping us book our next trip and welcoming us when we got to the resort. I could go on and on but the moral to this story is you can't go wrong with Beaches Negril. Love the Staff ❤️!

So much of the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, creating a level of service that truly stood out. It’s obvious the resort has invested heavily in building a strong service culture, and that effort shows in nearly every interaction. The beach was perfect, and while the resort itself is a little dated, it has a relaxed charm that adds to the overall atmosphere. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the food. Considering the otherwise high standard of the resort, the dining experience fell well below expectations and did not reflect the premium pricing. It was the one area that consistently disappointed. That said, the staff and overall service truly made up for it. This is easily one of the best resorts to bring your little ones to, and we created some amazing family memories here. If the resort improves the food quality and restaurant experience, it would be close to perfect.
