Our stay at Beach Palace Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, but Joshua stood out as by far our favorite server. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal extra special—we genuinely looked forward to seeing him each day! The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. We loved lounging by the beach and the pool, both of which were peaceful and never overcrowded. Dining was a highlight—every restaurant offered fresh, delicious food with a great variety. The rooftop bar and views were unforgettable, especially at sunset. We left completely relaxed and already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you, Beach Palace, for an incredible experience—and a huge thank you to Joshua for making it even more memorable!

This was our very first family trip to Mexico and my first time visiting the country, and I’m absolutely thrilled that we chose Beach Palace Cancun. Everything about this hotel is simply perfect! I want to especially highlight the exceptional service and the kindness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Their genuine care made us feel truly welcome and taken care of every moment of our stay. The food was also outstanding — delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety to choose from. We chose the all-inclusive package and were very pleased with everything it offered. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the kids’ club. My 4.5-year-old son absolutely loved it! The staff gave him so much attention, played different games with him, and even gave him a special souvenir at the end. He spent most of the day there with joy, fully engaged and happy in a fun, caring, and educational environment. Overall, we are very satisfied with our vacation and are already planning to come back again in the future. Thank you, Beach Palace Cancun, for such a wonderful experience!

Great experience! The staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional and so much fun. We loved Damasio at the pool bar, Andres, Ernesto and Gabriela at Tequila restaurant at breakfast and lunch, they absolutely made this stay amazing for us. Great, great people and the hotel is super clean. Totally recommend.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Resort at All Costs I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this so called “Beach Palace Resort” in Cancun was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the resort was not up to even basic hospitality standards. When I checked in, my room wasn’t even ready. Once I finally got in, I was greeted with a cold, moldy shower, a busted lock on the door, and a broken remote that was never replaced throughout my entire stay. The toilet handle fell off the second I touched it a clear indication that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or inspected prior to my arrival. There was a huge gap between the mattress and headboard, making it incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and miserable every single night. When I tried to report these issues and requested an early checkout due to the horrible conditions, I was told I would still be charged for the full stay — no exceptions. To make matters worse, I was nearly charged twice for the same booking, and then told a refund would take 21 days to process, completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was served old fries at the pool bar along with being 5 months pregnant and requested no alcohol in my virgin strawberry daiquiri and I was brought an alcoholic beverage twice, a small detail, but one that really captures the resort’s overall lack of care and quality. I travel often and have stayed at a variety of hotels and resorts, and this was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would have rather just ended my trip early because I would have rather gone home than spend one more night dealing with all of these issues. Do yourself a favor — skip this resort and book somewhere that actually values guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
