We had a wonderful experience staying at Barcelona Residence Marina. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Topaer and Nandar for their outstanding hospitality and support. They were very kind, attentive, and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Barcelona Residence Marina to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Barcelona!

We had a very nice staycation at the hotel, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil, who consistently followed up and convinced me to try the hotel. Because of his excellent customer service, I decided to book and it was worth it. He also made sure throughout our stay that everything was fine and comfortable for us. During breakfast, Linn and Jenny made sure that everything was well served and that we were taken care of properly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, which we really enjoyed. Theo assisted us with our luggage and accompanied my uncle and aunt to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Nandar, Monica, and Dennis were also very accommodating and welcoming during our stay. Topher assisted me with my luggage during check-out and also helped me book a taxi, which I truly appreciated. Narendra was very quick in responding to our requests, such as slippers, water, and other necessities. Sanjeev also acted quickly to fix our Wi-Fi connection when it became slow. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and we felt uncomfortable and sweaty while sleeping. Also, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, so unfortunately, we were not able to swim. Despite these minor issues, the staff’s hospitality and service made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Had such a lovely stay at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina. We only stayed for 24 hours, but the service made it truly unforgettable. They surprised me with a thoughtful cake and a sweet birthday card, and even sang Happy Birthday to me, which made my day extra special hehe 🎂✨ A big thank you to Topher and Monica for personally bringing the cake and assisting us so kindly, and to the entire reception team for being so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Really appreciate all the little details and the excellent service. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable—we’ll definitely come back again! 💖

We stayed at Barcelo for 8 months. It felt like home. The staff are all very friendly and very accommodating and they were so nice to our Daughter. She really loved to see them. Theo, Chris and Emmanuel at the Front, the cleaning team, office staff, Paul, all so nice. Anything wrong in the apartment they addressed it straight away. Just a short walk to JBR. A great place to stay. Thanks!!
