We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Residences! The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff specially, Ahmed and Monica ,were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Barceló Residences to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We look forward to coming back again!

I cannot explain how homely and hospitable this hotel feels. From my good morning welcoming from reception staff and Jenny and the rest of the teams service in the cafe. Just a great all round feeling. This hotel is on perfect walking distance from marina and JBR, regardless of the weather. Which makes a huge difference in dubai. Also the cleaning staff restocked my room with water and clean bedding every day if I wanted it. And we’re so helpful. The value for money of the rooms is unbelievable. I will stay here every time I come to Dubai now 💫🌎 🇦🇪

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! This was our second time staying here, and we are already planning to come back again, this time for a whole month. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We had a very nice staycation at the hotel, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil, who consistently followed up and convinced me to try the hotel. Because of his excellent customer service, I decided to book and it was worth it. He also made sure throughout our stay that everything was fine and comfortable for us. During breakfast, Linn and Jenny made sure that everything was well served and that we were taken care of properly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, which we really enjoyed. Theo assisted us with our luggage and accompanied my uncle and aunt to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Nandar, Monica, and Dennis were also very accommodating and welcoming during our stay. Topher assisted me with my luggage during check-out and also helped me book a taxi, which I truly appreciated. Narendra was very quick in responding to our requests, such as slippers, water, and other necessities. Sanjeev also acted quickly to fix our Wi-Fi connection when it became slow. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and we felt uncomfortable and sweaty while sleeping. Also, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, so unfortunately, we were not able to swim. Despite these minor issues, the staff’s hospitality and service made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

A special thanks to Topher, Nandar, and Dennis for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly appreciated. I would also like to mention the restaurant, where the coffee was exceptionally good. It was one of the highlights of my dining experience, and the overall service was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable.
