Great hotel, great food, fantastic staff very friendly and attentive throughout the whole stay. The hotel was immaculately clean all over, fantastic cocktails and the entertainment team were all great with the different games through the day and live music at nights. Location is a small bit out of the way but easy to get to Costa Adeje, and las americas by bus or taxi no more than €20. Would highly recommended!

Has been an absolute amazing holiday. First time here and hope to return. Erica from entertainment has gone above and beyond to make our holiday a memorable experience. So friendly and engaging with everyone. A true superstar. A credit to Bahia principe. All staff were friendly. Place was spotless too. Cleaners a credit to the hotel too.

Just returned from a 4 night winter sun mini break and the hotel exceeded our expectations! Beautifully refurbished and spotlessly clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Large rooms fitted to a high standard. We were AI and loved the large variety of food and drinks included in the package. Cocktails were a particular treat. The pool area is beautiful and calm and we enjoyed lunches at Gofio. Evening buffets were also great quality, especially the food cooked fresh by chefs in front of you (we loved the Asian wok stir fry so much we went back for seconds!). Special thanks to Ash on the entertainment team, Conchy at breakfast and Miguel on reception for welcoming us. But all the staff were exceptional! We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, particularly B&B

We’ve just returned from our first visit to this hotel. I feel that we are well travelled and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff are lovely and so very helpful, from the reception team, through to the bar staff. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and the toilets and communal areas are being cleaned throughout the day. The pool area is stunning. The dining room is lovely with a wide selection of food. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We had no problems with noise from the surrounding area. It is a short walk to the nearest shops and bars. Please note a €250 damage deposit is taken on a credit card on arrival, we didn’t know this but fortunately had one with us.
