Everything about this resort is beautiful. The gardens are immaculate! So well tended. I love that the wildlife is so comfortable with the busy environment! The people/staff could not be more hospitable, so welcoming and obliging. The food was great but how about some special feature dinners? The speciality restaurant we visited were fabulous. The Gourmet restaurant was absolutely superb. The Indian restaurant was extremely authentic with great tasting dishes. I was somewhat underwhelmed with the Mexican ... the atmosphere was great, service a little mediocre and I felt the food did not sell the country's cuisine well at all. I did not find it appealing. On the whole this resort was a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! A special shoutout to Carlos & Juan at the lobby bar, they provided excellent service and were so kind & joyful! We looked forward to seeing Carlos in particular every single night of our stay, he made us feel so welcome from the start! All of the staff were so prompt with fulfilling every request we had and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The buffet staff were amazing, they were so prompt with bringing us drinks and removing plates as soon as we were done with them! Overall, every single person we encountered was amazing and made our stay so wonderful, we felt so welcome! I’d highly recommend booking an excursion if you have the time, it was a once in a lifetime experience and elevated our stay so much!

Me and my parents stayed here for a week. We enjoyed our stay. The beach was great, and clean for the most part. The entertainment team was amazing, specifically Job. His energy set us for the day! The food was okay, but the little snack bars made up for it. Overall a great stay, definitely recommend.

We stayed at this resort with our family of four, along with my parents. My family had been to the Mayan Riviera before, but this was my parents’ first all-inclusive experience and first time in Mexico. We stayed in Building 9, while my parents upgraded to Building 1 near the lobby, which was perfect given their limited mobility. We enjoyed walking the grounds, while they appreciated the close access to amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, the entertainment was fantastic, and we ate and drank freely without ever getting sick. Rooms were updated, clean, and serviced daily. The landscaping was beautiful and very well maintained. The beach was excellent, with a roped-off swimming area and soft sand. The on-site market near the casino was very convenient—we didn’t need to leave the resort to shop. There were daily activities for all ages, and we loved that the resort is beachfront. The à la carte restaurants were all great (Italian, Japanese, Brazilian, and Indian), and the drink selection was very good. We also appreciated the free shuttle connecting the nearby Bahia Principe resorts. This resort offers both lively areas and quiet spaces to relax, plus kids’ and teen clubs and game areas. We all loved our stay and would definitely return to another Bahia Principe resort.

It’s a great vacation spot for kids and family. The service wasn’t bad but could have been better. Some of the staff were rude and were not efficient. Upon following up they would throw a lot of attitude as if we didn’t matter. Small requests like water bottles were ignored and took hours. Kids club was the best. The staff was amazing. My child wanted to go there EVERY SINGLE DAY! He made lots of friends.
