Our recent honeymoon/surprise birthday trip was absolutely wonderful. The buffet at the hotel was always well-stocked with a wide variety of delicious food options, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal we ate there. We also had the opportunity to explore and dine at two excellent restaurants, which were both part of our included package. Overall, the hotel was impeccably clean and the entire staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. On top of everything else, we absolutely loved the incredible and highly entertaining in-house show they put on. It was truly spectacular, featuring stunning singing and dancing accompanied by breathtaking acrobatics that left us blown away. The hotel offers four distinct pools: two for children, one for everyone, and one just for adults. This allows us the flexibility to choose a quieter area if we prefer.

Hotel is so beautiful… so many places to sit and sip and enjoy the sun. It’s so kid friendly .. I have a 8 & 6 year old. They love it!!! Cloudy days the kids club was used to the max. Shows are next level… amazing productions - we seen Toy Circus and Carnival 🎡 wow 🤩 Food is fine, Italian ok, Asian wasn’t into it yet to try the grill. Go to the fresh stations where they make fresh omelettes/meat/fish. Burger place food is cold just send back and ask for hot food. It’s fine then. We are in room 3404 and it’s a castle view it’s fabulous. Blocks 2/4 get sun on balcony. I have a walking disability so it’s bit of a trek but it’s manageable. Majority of staff are great especially staff in sports bar & kids club…. Special shout out to Mo-Salah !!! One or 2 managerial staff in the buffet need to sort their attitudes toward people with visable disabilities like myself. I will address it. Don’t mind all the negative reviews it’s all good…winter sun. 🥰

We travelled as a family of four (kids 8 and 10) to the hotel for an easy half term sunny break without knowing what to expect and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Hotel is kept so clean with service staff constantly fixed, cleaning and brightening it up. I was really impressed. The shows are exceptional - cirque de soleil style with great costumes and skills. Food was really good standard and the Italian restaurant in particular was a really fun experience. There wasn’t overbooking so each buffet or restaurant experience felt relaxed. Equally being able to self serve drinks and as hoc snacks meant there wasn’t reliance on finding waiters all the time and made things really easy. The games and classes put on in the pools were great fun without being cheesy especially the pool fit classes which were always full! Just to call Lucas in the gym was brilliant and I really enjoyed the classes.

I'm not sure we would go back. The hotel is very clean, the pools are great and loads to do for kids. But the food was a massive let down. The quality was very poor, so much fried food and the food/drinks at the pool bar are not good. The food and drink is a 3 star, but the hotel rooms are a 5 star. We stayed in the castle sweet and we had terrible smells coming from the bathroom, but we also stayed in a family sweet and that was lovely and clean. I'd go back for the pool and kids activities, but we ate out a good few times as we couldn't face the buffet, so not sure I would come back for that!

Stayed here with my wife and 3 year old son. The place is spotlessly clean throughout. There is constant entertainment for the kids right into the night. The entertainment itself is very good quality. The food choice is fantastic and always on offer. You can help yourself to drinks all over the resort and the staff are incredibly friendly. A perfect getaway for a young family
