Gorgeous hotel and staff are superb. We stayed for 14 nights so had a variety of neighbours ( some rowdy but not the hotels fault ) food around the poolside and restaurant was always gorgeous and freshly made ( we didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on breakfast ) but overall we had a great comfortable stay there whilst visiting our son who lives on Samui with his wife and baby. Our family visited most days and staff loved our 8 month old grandson and made a lovely fuss of him. I've only gave 4* for room because if we returned we would not choose 206 we would book nearer to pool. Overall great 😊

Amazing stay at this resort. Photos don’t do it justice. The room we stayed in was massive, the beds were comfy and the water pressure was great. The facilities were also great! They have a gym that has enough there to do a full body workout if wanting to, the pool is divine with plenty of chairs and there is a lovely restaurant on site. In addition to this, the staff were exceptional. Always friendly with a smile, special shout out to Pancake, nothing was a bother at all. We will be back!

This resort exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and quite large, the service from the staff was absolutely incredible. They are so friendly and helpful, always greeting with a great smile on their faces. Spending the day by the pool, with beautiful views and access to the beach. I really didn’t want to leave, it was truly paradise Location is perfect- a small walk to some delicious local restaurants as well as just a 25 min walk (or 10mins resort shuttle bus ride) to central Samui for even more restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and I will be back!! Special shoutout to Pancake at the front desk, the most wonderful and friendly woman.

Lovely and welcoming staff, room had 3 comfortable beds and was very spacious! The bedsheets had some stains, but overall felt very clean! Loved the restaurant attached to the hotel, had great drinks and views there. I would totally come back again :)

This hotel clearly lacks a proper system and professional customer service! We booked a villa for one night and were supposed to transfer to another room the following day. We were initially told to check out of the villa at 1 PM and that the next room would be ready afterward. However, when the next day came, we were suddenly informed that the room was still not ready, leaving us waiting at the reception area for hours. Mind you, the reception area was extremely humid and hot. Instead of allowing us to remain in the villa until the new room was ready, we were simply left waiting there with no consideration for guest comfort at all. It honestly felt like they were only doing their job because they had to not because they genuinely cared about the guest experience. What made the situation even worse was when we asked to extend our stay for one more night. They told us we still needed to check out at 12 PM and then check in again at 2pm, which honestly made no sense. Imagine having to pack all your things just for a one night extension. When I asked if there was any way we could remain in the room without checking out, I requested to speak with the manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager immediately became DEFENSIVE and argumentative. She raised her voice at me, made unpleasant facial expressions and smirking while speaking and escalating the situation. I have honestly never experienced such poor management and horrible customer service in a hotel before. A manager should know how to calmly explain policies and handle guests respectfully, NOT create more TENSION. We eventually decided to leave the hotel and not extend our stay anymore because the entire experience became too frustrating. It was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. As for the MANAGER, I honestly do not understand how someone so unprofessional could be handling guest concerns in a hospitality setting. The facilities were dated and the shower always clogged. Both villa and the regular room was not soundproof. At 5am, you could hear loud birds outside, people casually talking, sneezing literally every small noise. It honestly felt like the walls were made of cupboards. Getting proper rest was nearly impossible. The bathroom itself had no ventilation or AC, so showering felt like being inside a sauna. The only highlights of this hotel were the amazing food and the concierge team. Other than that, the overall experience especially the RECEPTION and MANAGEMENT was DISAPPOINTING. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND staying here
