We went to Amari Kuala Lumpur yesterday for our Team Engagement Lunch, and it was a wonderful experience! The food selection was excellent from fresh appetizers and salads to a wide variety of main courses, offering both local and western dishes. They even had a noodle and pasta station, and the dessert section was amazing! The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and lively, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Subramaniam, the manager, who was very helpful and welcoming when we checked on the buffet arrangements. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great lunch spot with a nice vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back again with our colleagues for another great dining experience!

Bad: Sleepless night as the aircond was pre-set to minimum 20°. Did call the room service to inquire if it can at least be set to 18° but they said 20° was the lowest. To be honest for Malaysian weather it'll be hot to sleep comfortably at night. End up tossing and turning. Should have allowed guest to decide ourselves as some would prefer a colder room to sleep. We checked out early just cuz it was hot. We booked a superior Queen and the bed is so small it looked like smaller than a double. Just because of these two points we sadly would not come back. Such a shame as location and breakfast was great. Good: Great location, Staff was accommodating as they provide complementary decor & cake for Birthday. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast spread was superb. Great location - less than 5 mins walking to LRT Abdullah Hukum & Mid Valley

Amari Kuala Lumpur truly deserves five stars. On my first stay, I enjoyed an early check-in, a delicious breakfast, a quiet atmosphere, and a spacious room and restaurant. During my second visit, I faced an issue with my third-party booking, and the Amari team went above and beyond to help me secure my room. I’m sincerely grateful to their Front Office and Reservation teams for the exceptional support

We stayed at Amara KL in the one bedroom suite with my wife and twins, and the experience was way above our expectations. ✨ The suite was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, a perfect fit for our family. 🏡 The hotel’s service was excellent, especially through the app, which was very user friendly and made it so easy to keep track of our requests and updates. 📲 Breakfast was great with plenty of choices to start the day right. 🥐☕ We also enjoyed the evening cocktails with pastries from 5 to 7 pm, which was a really nice touch. 🍸🥮 The location is very convenient and accessible, making it easy for us to get around KL. 🚇 On top of that, the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊 Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back again. 🌟

I had an excellent 1 night stay in this hotel, better than Hilton KL imo. Pro 1: allowed early check-in, special arrangements could be made for all 3 rooms side by side. Pro 2: check in was very fast, less than 5min for 3 rooms. No deposit required. Check out as well. Hotel receptionist Mr Siva was very efficient and courteous. I really commend and thank him. Pro 3: Beds were very comfortable, room soundproofing was better than Hilton. Toilet fittings did not have any issues like Hilton. Pro 4: Proximity to Gardens mall, by sheltered Bridge. Con 1: Google maps got confused about the carpark entrance. Not so easy to navigate to find the hotel. More signs pointing to the hotel carpark should be placed around vicinity. Con 2: RM5 charged for carpark per day, unlimited exits. So I got charged a total of RM10, as I made an exit before 12am the 1st day, and during check out on the 2nd day. It should be changed to RM5 per day, ending at 12pm noon. Overall: Decor is less luxurious than Hilton but facilities are newer, smaller pool and gym. Good breakfast spread but not as much as Hilton. Toilet is smaller but newer than Hilton with less problematic fixtures. I enjoyed my stay here more than Hilton mainly because I had a good night's sleep and more watchable tv channels. No deposit collected is also another factor.
