They are soo friendly! From check in to leaving.. the whole staff is very personable and genuinely kind. They helped me to my room, and assured what times breakfast is happening with other information. There is also 2 times in the day where there's an "open bar" whatever you like on the menu is free to guests. They were soo friendly y'all!! I never felt soo welcomed by another hotel before I just felt very safe with the whole experience. Even when I had to wait 2 hours after check out for my van, they checked on me and made jokes with me. I love this place! Cannot recommend enough!! If I ever come back I'll do it gladly! They even hold bags if you're checking out, and need to go somewhere really quick! The hotel isn't close to a lot, but worth it I promise! Room had nice mirrors, but is kinda basic tbh. But the staff more than makes up for it, and the fun pool table at the entry level is a nice touch too!! 😀

No, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The most disgusting hotel I've stayed in during any of my vacations. Breakfast is so slumpy. I asked if they could make an omelet, but the breakfast staff said they could only provide items from the breakfast buffet. But apparently, I saw someone serving a sunny-side-up to the guest next to me. Next, I asked for a one-hour late check-up as I have a late flight back home, and the front desk manager said it would cost $69 US dollars. Unbelievable. Then I go up to my room to get ready, and a few minutes later, a housekeeper is banging on the door and asks if I'm checking out. It's not even 12 oclock yet. Unbelievable property.

This hotel is great! The service is phenomenal, and the drinks were delish. Mario is pleasant and helpful. He makes your stay worth it. Location is perfect for transit, xcaret shuttles, markets, food, and beach. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret the choice.

Amazing hotel for the price. Great experience. Staff was amazing. Mario was awesome and very helpful. Definetly the person to talk to for any questions or help with anything. Location is perfect with supermarket and restaurants,bars and night life. Ferry to Isla mujeres is right in front which is a must do. Open bar at hotel and included breakfast is definitely a plus. Looking forward to come back!!!!

I have been to Cancun many times and this place is just what I need. Clean, centrally located, affordable and close to the beach. They have an all you can drink, a rooftop pool, a pool table a decent gym and a nice restaurant. I have been taking transit so the ADO from airport to the Cancun station then the R1. There is a massive supermarket, don't shop at the nearby pharmacy when you can go a few steps further and shop at the supermarket it's much cheaper. The beds are so comfy, forget airbnb stay here.
