Stay with an all-inclusive package at Alila Ubud for a truly relaxing retreat. The package generally consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in the exceptional restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, refreshments, soft drinks, beer, spirits, etc are served from 11:00-22:00 (except during meal times).

We had a very enjoyable stay at Alila Ubud. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The service was consistently warm and professional, the infinity pool is exceptional, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, the resort offers everything needed for a memorable stay. The only area that could benefit from improvement is the accommodation itself. The rooms feel relatively compact, and the sound insulation is limited—we could clearly hear conversations and activities from neighbouring rooms and guests passing outside. This detracts somewhat from the otherwise tranquil experience. With a thoughtful refurbishment of the rooms, particularly improved soundproofing, Alila Ubud would undoubtedly rank among the finest resorts in Bali. We are grateful to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and hope to return.

A beautiful place surrounded by nature! Still I think it need some love on the inside. I guess the luxury part is because is old. Not my thing. The most beautiful thing is the pool and the view! We got upgraded but still didn’t get a great room or a great view from our bedroom. Service was good! Food is delicious! Nice gym ( there are fruits 🍎💪🏽) I love that you can play your own music. Walking around the place at sunset is nice! The art they put around is pretty cool . Kids shouldn’t be allowed in this place . They can be noisy and ruin the vibe 👍🏽

From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming. I also received a free room upgrade, which made my stay even better. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and healthy choices. Everything was tasty and nicely presented. One of the best things about the hotel is its peaceful location. Surrounded by nature and away from the crowds, it was a relaxing place to stay while still being close to Ubud. The great service, good food, and quiet surroundings made this a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We spent an amazing 3 nights here. We arrived late in the evening, and the team were super efficient and totally focused on making sure we got checked in and some dinner. The team knew we were celebrating family milestones and upgraded our rooms to Hillside view. Location is perfect, waking up to sights and sounds of the forest is so peaceful . The team are first class !!

A wonderful 5-star experience at Alila Ubud. The hotel is beautiful and truly feels like being in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by nature and peace. The infinity pool is absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of the property. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options changing every day, which kept it fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay. The staff were lovely, incredibly welcoming, and always attentive. A fun bonus is that monkeys are everywhere around the resort, which adds to the unique jungle atmosphere. Overall, a very relaxing and special stay — highly recommended if you want a luxury nature escape in Bali.
