From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. I would especially like to thank Nwe, Natasha, Ella, Youn, and Abu for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help at every opportunity. They consistently greeted me with a smile, handled every request efficiently, and made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. Their outstanding service is a great reflection of the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

From the moment we arrive, we always feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Abdulla Ester for his outstanding service. He is always attentive, friendly, and makes sure to check on us regularly, asking if the food is good and if we need anything. His excellent customer service makes every visit enjoyable. The restaurant is in a quiet location inside the hotel, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. We always enjoy the facilities and have a comfortable, restful stay. We also really like the 40-hour promo, which adds great value to the overall experience. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!

We had a lovely family staycation at Adagio Premium The Palm and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place that offers good value. The facilities are clean and well maintained. kids had a great time at the pool, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and of very good quality with a good variety. We’d especially like to thank Owen, Abdullah & Priyank for their outstanding service. They were warm, approachable, and attentive, always checking that everything was okay and making us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing staycation with good amenities and excellent breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach is just a short walk away, and the rooftop pool provides the perfect way to cool off. We even received a complimentary upgrade and were able to enjoy a spacious room with a balcony! Every morning at breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Amelia, Liya, and Ester. They are outstanding!! Before long, they all knew exactly what we liked to eat and drink, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is excellent as well, and if something happens to be missing, you can simply order it separately. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return.

The 40-hour stay is such a fantastic concept—it allowed us to truly relax without feeling rushed to check in or check out. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Owen, Priyank, and Abdullah for being so warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They truly made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. We also loved spending time in the sauna and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind, and we would definitely recommend it. We look forward to staying here again!
