Excellent family-friendly stay at Adagio Premium The Palm We had a wonderful stay at Adagio Premium The Palm and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, with daily housekeeping that kept the room perfectly clean. The food was very good, with plenty of options, and the location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything The Palm has to offer. The private beach is a big plus, and the rooftop pool was absolutely perfect for a family vacation with children — clean, relaxing, and with an amazing view. Special thanks to Darshana and Hashan, who took great care of us at the rooftop pool and made sure everything was excellent throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Everything was very well organized, comfortable, and welcoming. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding — the rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless and carefully maintained every day. A special mention goes to Sajjad, Edgar, and Chitih, whose dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to keeping the hotel in perfect condition contributed greatly to a pleasant and relaxing experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

The hotel is in a great location on west beach. We chose this hotel for private beach access. We liked that the hotel is small so it’s very friendly and personal. All staff remember you and friendly service. The rooms have comfortable beds and excellent silent air conditioning. It’s an aparthotel so you have a full size fridge etc and cleaning everyday so the best of both. We like the coffee machine and filter water. We use the gym although this is small. Beach menu is reasonably priced and small options but nice. We would stay again but maybe a different room on the quieter side . Good value though for the west beach area.

I am very happy with the staff at Adagio Premium. The housekeeping is excellent — the rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and every time it’s a real pleasure to come back to the room. Everything is always fresh, clean, and well taken care of. I would especially like to thank Edgar, Suzan and Yin Mon for their wonderful work, kindness, and attention to detail. They really make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!

The stay was really good. Regardless that one shift of room service was not so kind. They look or drop luggage, leave it open with some goods on the floor. Also gave us one old, torn towel. The reception staff very kind, helpful. Breakfast superb. Room was clean, not noise from outside. To say true all staff in eating area very kind, pleasant. The beach is few steps away. Great walking promenade. So if not this one room service staff, all is on high level. Also be careful with public transportation. During our stay monorail was closed for all 3 days, so we need to take taxi each time going from and back to hotel. Huge thanks to all staff, good luck
