We stayed at Zoëtry Mallorca for 10 days, and it is truly a hidden gem. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located away from the busy tourist crowds. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place. The food was very good. Our only small criticism is that there could be more staff during breakfast and in the restaurant and bar. That being said, the team works incredibly hard and always does their best. A very special thank you to Fernando at the reception. He gave us such a warm welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure all our wishes were fulfilled. We would also like to thank Marc, a genuinely kind man who was wonderful with our children and always happy to help. Finally, a little reminder to all future guests: if you treat the hotel staff with kindness and respect, you will receive the same in return—often even more. Their dedication and friendliness deserve to be appreciated.

Such a lovely place. The location and the set up makes you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The hospitality from the staff made the difference, starting from the warm welcome from the host and all the way to the housekeeping. Special mention to a very sweet lady named Vicky who made our stay even better. Highly commended place to stay or for just a calm night out in one of their restaurants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay here. The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Our suite was gorgeous as well. The hotel had a power outage during our stay which was a bit inconvenient but the staff handled it well. The food however was a bit underwhelming for the price you pay.

We celebrated a wedding at this hotel and have mixed feelings about our experience. First of all, the location is absolutely stunning. The venue is beautiful, the pricing is fair, and the planning process before the wedding was smooth. The staff was responsive to organizational questions, and everyone was very excited for this special day. Unfortunately, the service experience during the event itself was disappointing. Throughout the entire stay, several members of the staff came across as passive-aggressive, uncooperative, and at times even dismissive. One situation stood out in particular: one of the wedding guests was missing, and we informed the staff while searching for him. We were sent to a certain area where he might be, but when we tried to go there, we were abruptly told that the area was reserved for resort guests only and that we had to walk all the way around the property instead. In a stressful moment like this, we would have expected a more helpful and empathetic response. Another unfortunate incident happened just before the ceremony. An entrance that was supposed to be opened a few minutes earlier remained closed, leading to an unnecessary discussion involving several staff members and the officiant about whether we were allowed to pass through. None of these situations alone would have ruined the day. However, there were many small incidents like these, and together they created the feeling that we were not truly welcome. We repeatedly felt treated with indifference and a lack of respect. It is especially disappointing because the venue itself is truly beautiful and has enormous potential. Sadly, the service experience overshadowed much of what should have been an unforgettable celebration. 2 stars for the amazing location – but unfortunately, the service left a lasting negative impression.

I would like to share my experience following a recent stay at your hotel. Overall, the hotel itself is pleasant, located in a very quiet area, which is ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet. Its proximity to Palma (approximately 20 minutes away) is also convenient. However, I encountered a serious issue regarding a personal belonging. Upon my departure at 4:00 a.m., I unfortunately left behind a pair of gold earrings with diamonds in the bathroom. I fully acknowledge that this was my mistake. Nevertheless, considering the hotel’s five-star standard, I trusted that any forgotten personal items would be properly handled and returned if found. After my early flight, I contacted the hotel at around 10:30 a.m. to inform the staff about the earrings. I was promptly told that nothing had been found. A few days later, I left a one-star review regarding this matter. Interestingly, about an hour after posting the review, I was informed that one of the earrings had suddenly been found and that it would be sent back to me. I responded accordingly and waited, but unfortunately, no further action was taken and communication ceased once again. This experience raises serious concerns about the level of service and reliability expected from a five-star hotel. When guests feel uncertain about the safety of their personal belongings, it is not a minor issue. I believe it is important to make other travelers aware of this situation.
