We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. The rooms are dreamily beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Only the beds where a bit uncomfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive throughout our entire visit, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Price-wise, it offers fantastic value for money. One of the biggest highlights is the location: even though the hotel is situated in the second row, you can reach the beach almost instantly. An easy 5-star rating from us. We have already recommended it to our friends and family, and we will definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay there. The bedrooms were very well cleaned and really comfy. The hotel staff was perfect, with special mention to the French receptionist, who was a nice person and very professional. No doubt you will enjoy your holiday at this hotel.

We have just returned from a week’s stay here and if I could rate this more stars, I would. The room was stunning, we just got a normal pool view room (it had a Juliet balcony, not a full one which was absolutely fine and lovely) and honestly it was perfect. The location is something we mentioned several times whilst there as you have everything you need around you - beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, the marina - and the old town is only a 20 minute walk which we did and it was relatively flat, it was nice! All of the staff were lovely, especially Irene who served us a lot when around the pool and she was just so nice! The drinks and food were also really good, and if you have room only you can choose to pay €20 for all you can eat, but it’s not like a usual buffet, you have a menu with your usual breakfast items then things such as eggs Benedict or waffles, but you can eat as much as you like and it’s all cooked fresh and was really good! There is also a small gym that has some technogym equipment, dumbbells, a mat etc, so you can do a basic workout and some cardio! I paid for a massage whilst there too which was AMAZING. We will absolutely be returning and want to thank all of the staff for making our stay so lovely, we cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I am writing this review as I have received an email asking me to. We recently booked a suite at the Port Suites Alcudia hotel. Most of the break was enjoyable, the staff we spoke to were generally polite, and the hotel was clean. Problems arose in the following areas: • Frequent smell of cigarette smoke around the lift • Loud music from the ‘private’ terraces interrupts the peace on the balcony • We could not get the jets on the indoor pool to function consistently – some days they worked, others they did not • Another guest repeatedly dive bombing into the hotel pool, disturbing the peace • The water in our room went off several times during our stay, and the resulting air locks soaked us in water several times. • The hotel is very close to the main road, and there are often loud cars and bikes tearing up and down late into the night. • Early in the morning, the refuse collectors lift all of the bins, which makes the inevitable loud sound of cracking glass etc. Of most disappointment was that the hotel's website clearly states that all rooms have individual air conditioning. It was hot during our stay (24.5 degrees in the room), and the air conditioning in the room did not work. I spoke to reception about this, and they advised that the air conditioning would not be turned on this week. I pointed out that there were no seasonal clauses on the website and that the rooms were too hot and stuffy to get a good night's sleep. The lady on reception advised that the Manager would be in contact with me to discuss this; however, she refused to put in an email that the hotel would not turn the air conditioning on, despite what the website says. Nearly a month later, the Manager is yet to make contact with me to explain this. We opened the windows as much as we could to try to reduce the stuffiness; however, it was hard to decide whether to leave the windows open and be kept awake by the loud cars/bikes and refuse emptying or have the room hot and stuffy. I am disappointed that the Manager never made contact to discuss this and propose a resolution.

We had the most pleasent and relaxing holiday ever at Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites! We were welcomed very warm and friendly! We spent our holiday in a beautiful room, which was cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the dinners. Every question we had was answered quickly and friendly, we were also assisted with renting a car or simply enjoyed short talks with the Hotel Director. A huge and special thank you to Esperanza, the whole staff was very nice and friendly but she was the cherry on top of our great holiday! :) We will be back next year!
