We had an amazing all-inclusive stay at this five-star hotel! The moment we arrived, the main lobby was impressive and elegant. The bellboys helped us with our luggage, and although check-in was officially at 3 p.m., we arrived at 1 p.m. and were able to check in smoothly — they even suggested going for lunch while our room was prepared, which worked out perfectly. Our swim-out room was incredible, and the private pool area was perfect for our family. The snack bar was also excellent. All facilities were new and very clean. Once, housekeeping missed our room, but when we called reception, they addressed it immediately. The professionalism and responsiveness of the team really stood out. A special thank you to the Kids’ Mini Club team, especially Julia, who did our kids’ Halloween face painting — my children loved spending time there and had so much fun. Antonio at the Mediterranean restaurant made our evening truly special, and during our anniversary dinner at the Japanese restaurant, he made us feel so valued and welcome. Alba greeted us warmly on our first day and served our first lunch with care and attention throughout our stay. Lastly, Manager Miguel helped us secure a table at the à la carte restaurant and handled everything professionally and kindly. Even though not everything was perfect, the staff’s kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. The property is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the beach. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect upmarket all inclusive resort for young families. Swim-up suites are worth the extra. Children's facilities excellent and also very close to the beach. Special shout out to Nereia at the kids pool and Nuria at guest services for being so friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged bed guards and lent us a pram for our stay. My 3 year old had a great time and we felt safe and relaxed (even when she ran off and behaved like a toddler). Loved the child-friendly atmosphere. October weather was also perfect :-)

This was our second time visiting, and once again it was excellent for us. The facilities and atmosphere make it a great choice for families. That said, the evening entertainment for children under three is virtually non-existent, which is a shame. There’s a perfectly good stage that could easily be used for something simple like a mini disco around 7pm — it would make a big difference for families with younger children. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was fantastic. The garden has a lockable door leading directly to the pool, so you can close it off and let your children play safely inside without worry. The staff are, as always, fantastic — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Booking restaurants is done through the app. It works, but as with most systems like this, it can feel like more hassle than it’s worth. A simple paper-and-pen booking option at reception would be a much easier alternative. The location is also a big plus: it’s very close to the airport. If you grab a taxi instead of waiting for a transfer, you can get there quickly and avoid the crowds. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely return.

Very nice hotel. Great service everywhere. Nice food. Good animation for kids. Try SPA the specialists are very professional. We stayed in October with 2 yo child and were pleasantly impressed by the pools with warm salty water. Adults and the stay despite some rainy days. Thank you for a great service and quality 🙏🏽

Overall, a very pleasant hotel. The charm of a five-star hotel is felt as soon as you walk into reception. The reception is well separated from other residential buildings, which adds to the coziness. The grounds are beautiful, small, and well-kept, making walks with small children less tiring. All the main amenities are located in the center. There are lots of pools; I've never seen crowds around the pool. The food is varied and quite tasty. The children's playground is very large and interesting. However, I noticed an underground technical facility nearby with a huge hole in the floor littered with leaves to cover this horror, which slightly contrasts with the hotel's status. And the proximity to the children's playground makes the whole thing unsafe. The rooms are large, well-decorated, and bright. Two showers (wonderful). A separator for children in the room would also be nice, but there isn't one (a real shame). There is an exit to the main street for a walk to the sea (5 minutes' walk). A very large supermarket is also nearby. I didn't notice any special service in the hotel. Cleaning is ok.
