We recently stayed at the Zafiro Palace Andratx with our family, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about—which happens very rarely for me! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredibly warm and welcoming approach of the staff. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is impeccable, and our room was flawlessly cleaned every single day. The gastronomic services are absolutely top-notch and exceeded our expectations. I would like to give a special shoutout to the Kids Club. My seven-year-old daughter spent her mornings there and was absolutely thrilled with all the arts, crafts, and the engaging daily program. Regarding the pools, it is worth noting that they seem a bit more geared toward adults. There is one small wading pool and several large pools; however, my daughter wasn't allowed to take her large inflatable ring into the big ones. Since she is already a capable swimmer, it wasn't an issue for us, but it might be a problem for others. The indoor family pool is quite small and is definitely best enjoyed if you have it to yourselves or are sharing it with a maximum of one other family. If you are traveling during the summer, I would highly recommend booking a room with a private pool so you don't have to worry about anything. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our holiday. We also want to say a massive thank you to the hotel staff for the lovely attention and care they showed our son, who celebrated his 1st birthday right there with you. We highly recommend this resort!

Absolutely loved this hotel, set at the top of a hill overlooking the golf course and the bay below but only a 3 minute walk down to the main bay with all its restaurants. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the rooms were spacious, well laid out and had everything You'd expect for a top hotel. We were there on a B&B basis so can only comment on the breakfast but that in itself was excellent, great quality and a huge selection to suit every taste. We loved the hotel and resort so much we're going back in October..

What an amazing holiday experience. Rooms were modern and elegant. The service from start to finish was just 10/10. Great breakfast and food all round. Perfect location with the easiest cab service to get you anywhere. Shops nearby. Quiet and clean pools with the most comfy sunbeds. A perfect stay

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. We were celebrating our anniversary and were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool, which made our trip extra special. The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and always plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the cocktails were excellent. The views are absolutely stunning, and overall we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Our honeymoon at this resort was an incredible experience! Sergio, our concierge, was exceptional in ensuring we had everything we needed and promptly answered any questions we had throughout the day. The resort itself was breathtaking, with stunning views that captivated us. Each restaurant we visited was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lounge/bar, where they provided entertainment every night. The spa was a highlight, with Evelyn and Inēs expertly performing our couples massage, making it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The resort’s proximity to the beach and its extensive amenities made it an ideal place to stay. We highly recommend this amazing resort for your next stay in Mallorca!
