I had a wonderful stay at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Check-in was quick and easy, and parking was very convenient. I especially appreciated that the front desk asked about my room preferences, including whether I wanted a Strip or mountain view and whether I preferred to be close to or farther away from the elevators. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel personalized. I stayed in an Encore Junior Suite and was very comfortable throughout my visit. The gym and spa on the second floor are truly state-of-the-art and were among the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Encore!

My dining experience at Mizumi inside the Wynn was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service truly made the night unforgettable. A special thank you to our waitress, Cherish. She was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all of our questions with confidence, made excellent recommendations, and always had a genuine smile on her face. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. I wanted to leave this review specifically so her manager knows what an amazing job she’s doing. Employees like Cherish are the reason people come back. She made us feel valued, took great care of us throughout the entire meal, and handled everything so professionally. She absolutely deserves recognition and a raise. Thank you, Cherish, for making our evening so memorable!! We can’t wait to come back!

I reluctantly agreed to stay at the Wynn and was pleasantly surprised how well the property has be kept. Everything was absolutely immaculate. And for a 20 yr old property you barely smelled any cigarette/cigar smoke as you walked through the casino and definitely none once you went up to your room.

I have literally four nice shirts. I brought them all with me to Las Vegas. I forgot them all in my closet at the Wynn. I called back a couple days later, but they were long gone. It really sucks to lose your only 4 good shirts. Not easy to replace. Not sure why the maid didn’t just give them to the lost and found with my name on them. Our company goes to the Wynn every year and spends lots of money. I would have thought they would treat our belongings with more respect. Other than that, it was a great stay. UPDATE: Their lost and found department said they would do an investigation and call me back same day. They never called back. So so disappointing. Our company will be staying elsewhere next year.

Premium hotel, impeccable grounds and super nice pool area. Not sure who chose to close the adult pool at 5pm, but that was the “worst” thing about our stay. People walking around the pool constantly checking with us if we needed anything. Everybody was really nice. It was fun playing black jack at the pool too. We stayed at Encore, but checked out both pools. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels on the strip and the Wynn/Encore probably has the nicest pool area I’ve ever been to. Very giant hotel as well. So many shops and small restaurants and bars here and there. Felt very secure as well with security checking your room key before heading up the elevator. Got a cool view looking at the city as well. We’ll have to return next time we go to Vegas.
