I loved it. We had the Bed and Breakfast package, the food was good. Location and staff could of been a little better. However everything was clean, the rooms had amazing views, and were very cozy. I also loved the casino. The view alone was basically worth the full 5 stars.

We recently stayed at the Wynn for the first time. I loved everything about it! Beautiful room, amazing friendly and helpful staff. The whole time we were there I felt like the staff was very focused on making sure we had an amazing stay. Housekeeping was outstanding in the job they did and we were consistently asked how everything was going by everyone from management to doormen, casino hosts to waitstaff and it all seemed very genuine. The only thing that seemed odd was the lack of ability to individually control lighting in the rooms. Everything was controlled by panels on the wall but it was all on, all dim or all off. Otherwise the room was well fitted and luxurious. We liked the location and thought things seemed easily walkable. We are frequent Vegas visitors but have always stayed either mid or south strip so being in the north end was fun. I would absolutely stay at the Wynn again and highly recommend it!! I should add that we asked for and received a sphere view and we're in the 57th floor. Gorgeous view and it was fun to watch the many and constantly changing sphere iterations!

Wynn is undeniably gorgeous, with stunning architecture and an impressive collection of high-end designer boutiques. The ambiance is luxurious and visually striking—exactly what one expects from a property of this caliber. However, the overall experience felt somewhat overrated given the price point. After many phone calls prior to arrival, I was clearly told that pets were not allowed. To my surprise, once at the hotel I saw numerous guests with pets of all sizes—on leashes, in strollers, and freely walking through the property. This inconsistency was confusing and disappointing. At check-in, we were informed that our assigned room was on the 5th floor and were encouraged to pay an additional $100 per night to upgrade to a higher floor. Considering the room rate was already close to $500 per night, this felt unnecessary and off-putting. We were also not provided complimentary water upon check-in, and purchasing water on property was extremely expensive—around $11 per bottle. Café Al Teatro, while beautiful, was consistently overcrowded and overpriced, with staff clearly stretched thin, resulting in very long wait times. That said, the room service and housekeeping staff were wonderful and did their best to be welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, much of the burden seems to fall on the staff who clean and serve the rooms, while other guest-facing areas like concierge felt less warm and attentive than expected. Overall, Wynn is visually stunning and luxurious, but the service and value did not fully match the hype. A beautiful hotel, yes—but one that could greatly improve consistency, guest care, and value for the price.

Breakfast at Wynn is really delicious and soo much to choose from. They have different stations for dessert, all meat lovers, though very few vegetarian options but staff is ready to get you in touch with chefs for any special requirements which is great efforts by the whole team. Juices, sodas, coffee is served at the table as per choice. Cleaning table is very quick and spot-on. Kudos to the whole team.

Starting with the positives: the lost&found team — and the people who found my belongings and tracked down my belongs were absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciate the care and effort that went into getting everything back to me. Thank you! I also had a phenomenal SPA experience. My massage therapist Charlie was outstanding. Her pressure was spot on and her enthusiasm really showed. She’s not only excellent at what she does but also very knowledgeable on sports therapy. Highly recommend her. Areas for improvement: The casino has a strong cigarette smell, the room also felt a bit small compared to Palazzo. Additionally, I requested for some toiletries from the front desk but never received them. Overall, some great service moments, but a few operations details could be improved to match Wynn’s luxury standard.
