The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Everything was clean and well organized. The food was delicious and always fresh, and the staff were very polite. The pool area was relaxing, and the amusement park at night was so much fun. Big thanks to the animation team for making our stay even better.

We stay at hotel for one week and everything was really good. We really like especially animation team. Thank you for Alina for amazing job. We really enjoyed with everything especially the activities like darts we already won and we get some certificate cards in the evening time and in the evening time the show was amazing and will definitely back in the next year.

Nice Hotel, but Housekeeping Seriously Undermines the Experience Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression. The rooms are ok, the food in the dining hall is varied and of good quality, and the waiters provide outstanding service. The restaurant staff work flawlessly, they are professional, polite, fast, and attentive. Combined with the food selection, this part of the hotel deserves the highest praise. Unfortunately, housekeeping creates a completely opposite impression. The corridors are constantly blocked with carts and trash bags from morning until late afternoon, and it became a daily ritual to find the entrance to my room literally covered by a large garbage bag. Passing through with a stroller, or even without one, was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, housekeeping staff often ride in the same small elevator as guests, carrying dirty rags and equipment, which feels very inappropriate for any hotel, IMO. Their actual work is irregular and unreliable. On some days, no cleaning takes place at all. The situation is always the same: they come during a child’s nap, or knock too early in the morning when people are still inside. If asked to return a little later, they sometimes never come back. And yet, their carts, cloths, and trash bags remain in the corridor right outside the room for most of the day. To be fair, once I called reception to ask why the room had not been cleaned, and another housekeeper came immediately. She did an excellent job, apologized, and left the best impression. Sadly, this was an exception. It left me with the strong impression that in general, nobody supervises their work at all, and that is why some of the staff allow themselves such a careless approach. In conclusion, the hotel has great potential and stands out with its restaurant service, but the housekeeping problem destroys much of the good impression. Until this issue is taken seriously and solved, it will be hard to recommend the hotel despite its strong sides.
