We were extremely satisfied with everything throughout our vacation. Our room was always spotless, comfortable, and cozy. The housekeeping staff really did their job with great care. The food served in the restaurant was both delicious and very varied. Every day there were different options, and all the staff were very polite and attentive to the guests. What made this hotel special for us was the evening entertainment. We have stayed in many different hotels before, but the music and atmosphere here were much better. We danced almost every evening until 11:30 p.m. The songs played by the DJ were fantastic, the energy never dropped, and the entertainment team worked very hard to ensure guests had a great time and with animator Aruzhan played every day beach voleybol,very enerji girl.Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable vacation. We would like to thank the entire hotel team for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am genuinely so happy about my vacation here in Royal Seginus Hotel. Once my family and I arrived, we were immediately welcomed with very kind and hospitality. It was a smooth arrival for us which made it very easy to feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped (as a family of 3, we had one king size bed and one single), the bathroom was also very spacious and also well equipped (don’t worry if you forget any necessities, they will provide you many things), we also had our own little dressing room. The cleanliness could be a little better but it was still very nice and comfortable. The food was delicious, there was a lot of variety, they will offer many different kinds of dishes. The service was excellent, all of the workers will make sure you have a anything you need wherever you are. Drinks are very good, the drink menu is very nice, they have many options (cocktails, mocktails,…), the decor of the hotel in general is also very nice. The beach isn’t that far away, if you can’t walk there, they will provide their own shuttle that comes every 5 minutes. The beach is big and has nice bars (food and drinks are great), the pools are huge so no worries about finding a spot. Nice entertainment after dinner, children get their own little restaurant and entertainment as well. Very nice experience, my family and I are very thankful and will always remember it!

⭐ 1/5 Unfortunately, my experience at Royal Seginus was ruined by the photography company operating inside the hotel. After the photoshoot, we agreed on a €150 package that included all digital photos, a large album with 20 printed photos, and a video. Once the photographer received the money, he only transferred the digital photos via AirDrop and then claimed that the album and video had never been part of our agreement. I felt completely deceived. Only after I told him I would call the police did he agree to refund our money, on the condition that I delete the photos from my phone. We lost almost an hour of our holiday dealing with this situation and ended up with no photos at all. I contacted the Guest Relations team several times. At first, they said the photographer was not the hotel’s responsibility. Then they apologized and promised to act as a mediator between us and the photography company. After that, they never replied again and offered no solution. This is not just about the money—it is about how guests are treated. The photographer operates inside the hotel and approaches hotel guests, so I expect the hotel to protect its guests when situations like this happen. This is not the level of service I expected from a 5-star hotel, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Royal Seginus because of this experience.

This was our second time staying at Royal Seginus, and once again we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, Can went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests, which made a huge difference to our experience. Thank you to the whole team for another memorable stay. We will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend Royal Seginus to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Antalya.

I stayed at Royal Seginus with my two children, 12 and 10 years old. As a single summer parent travelling alone with my kids quite often, this is the first hotel I’ve found that truly caters so well to this type of family holiday. If you’re looking for a place where your children will never be bored, this is it. My children had the best holiday of their lives thanks to the incredible range of activities available every day. A huge thank you to the entertainment team for their energy, kindness and dedication. You created unforgettable memories for my children, and for that you deserve five stars.You guys are the stars of this hotel, you deserve all the highlights for doing your best to provide us love and fun and good vibes. That said, it’s important to know that this is a very large and very busy resort. Meal times can be hectic, finding a table for breakfast or dinner often requires patience, there are queues almost everywhere, and the restaurant staff work incredibly hard trying to clear and prepare tables as quickly as possible. You can clearly see that they are doing everything they can despite the huge number of guests. Finding a sunbed by the pool can also be quite a challenge. Unfortunately, some guests reserve large numbers of sunbeds for hours without using them—for example, saving 13 sunbeds for a family of four while the children spend most of the day in the pool. It’s a shame, and I think the hotel could enforce its sunbed policy more effectively to make things fairer for everyone. If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday where you can relax by the pool and read a book all day, this probably isn’t the right hotel. I certainly didn’t manage to finish a single page! But when you see your children having the time of their lives from morning until night, you realise that’s what really matters. One thing that genuinely saddened me was the amount of food waste. Seeing so much perfectly good food thrown away is shocking, especially when so many families around the world struggle to put food on the table. Of course, guests also have a responsibility, but I believe that in 2026 a hotel of this standard could do more to raise awareness and encourage a more responsible approach to food waste. Finally, I would like to mention the reception team. My experience was mixed. Some staff members made me feel as though I had to think twice before asking for help, simply because they came across as unwelcoming. On the other hand, Ahmet and the night shift team were outstanding. They did everything they could to deal with the noise from our neighbours and were professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. They reminded me why it’s important not to judge an entire team based on the attitude of a few individuals. Despite these few negatives, the positives far outweigh them. We are leaving with wonderful memories, and I would happily return. Next time, I’ll simply know what to expect.
