We were extremely satisfied with everything throughout our vacation. Our room was always spotless, comfortable, and cozy. The housekeeping staff really did their job with great care. The food served in the restaurant was both delicious and very varied. Every day there were different options, and all the staff were very polite and attentive to the guests. What made this hotel special for us was the evening entertainment. We have stayed in many different hotels before, but the music and atmosphere here were much better. We danced almost every evening until 11:30 p.m. The songs played by the DJ were fantastic, the energy never dropped, and the entertainment team worked very hard to ensure guests had a great time and with animator Aruzhan played every day beach voleybol,very enerji girl.Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable vacation. We would like to thank the entire hotel team for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am genuinely so happy about my vacation here in Royal Seginus Hotel. Once my family and I arrived, we were immediately welcomed with very kind and hospitality. It was a smooth arrival for us which made it very easy to feel comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped (as a family of 3, we had one king size bed and one single), the bathroom was also very spacious and also well equipped (don’t worry if you forget any necessities, they will provide you many things), we also had our own little dressing room. The cleanliness could be a little better but it was still very nice and comfortable. The food was delicious, there was a lot of variety, they will offer many different kinds of dishes. The service was excellent, all of the workers will make sure you have a anything you need wherever you are. Drinks are very good, the drink menu is very nice, they have many options (cocktails, mocktails,…), the decor of the hotel in general is also very nice. The beach isn’t that far away, if you can’t walk there, they will provide their own shuttle that comes every 5 minutes. The beach is big and has nice bars (food and drinks are great), the pools are huge so no worries about finding a spot. Nice entertainment after dinner, children get their own little restaurant and entertainment as well. Very nice experience, my family and I are very thankful and will always remember it!

Fantastic week from 23rd -30th July The rooms are huge and the aircon is great Everything about this hotel is great. The food had masses of choice too and the staff work really hard to make your stay enjoyable. This is a family orientated hotel and it was really busy with lots going on. Fairground rides, splash adventure pool and water slides Adult spirit drinks are all branded along with Efes larger We will definitely be back here

If your child is 0–6 years old, there is no place at Royal Seginus where you can slide together. Adults are banned from kids’ slides, and small children are banned from big slides. Absolutely not a family-friendly hotel if you want to enjoy the slides with your kids. The biggest problem is that this information is not clearly available before your stay. It is not stated on the hotel’s website, so families only discover these restrictions after arriving. When I contacted Guest Relations about this, instead of receiving help, I was told that I had accepted the hotel’s rules by signing the registration form at check-in. When I asked them to show me exactly where these restrictions were written in the agreement, they could not point to any specific section and simply repeated that “those are the rules.” Very unhelpful and dismissive. The positives: * The rooms are huge, with spacious bathrooms and a separate dressing/luggage room with plenty of wardrobe space. * The air conditioning is excellent and works very well. The negatives: * The hotel is far too spread out, making it time-consuming to get around. * Many bars and snack restaurants have limited opening hours, creating unnecessarily long queues. * Several staff members openly complained about guests. More than once we heard comments like, “They eat like animals, it never ends,” referring to guests ordering food. That is simply not acceptable at a five-star resort. * You are not allowed to bring food to the pool area or back to your room, which is a major downside. Sometimes you just want to relax by the pool with a snack instead of sitting in a restaurant. * There was sand in the swimming pools even early in the morning, suggesting they are not cleaned properly overnight. * The carpets in the rooms did not feel clean, and there was dust and dirt under the beds that looked like it had been there for a very long time. * Even the liquid soap in the bathroom appeared to be diluted with water, which gave the impression that the hotel is trying to save money on everything. The facilities themselves are impressive and have great potential. However, unless the hotel improves its service, extends the opening hours of its food and beverage outlets, increases staffing levels, and trains employees to treat guests with respect, I don’t think this hotel will live up to the standard it aims for. I cannot recommend Royal Seginus in its current state. If you mainly care about getting a large room and don’t mind poor service, crowds, and unnecessary restrictions… then this might still be the place for you. 😉

This was our second time staying at Royal Seginus, and once again we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, Can went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests, which made a huge difference to our experience. Thank you to the whole team for another memorable stay. We will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend Royal Seginus to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Antalya.
