I stayed at Side Crown Serenity Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank SENEM AYVA. She went above and beyond to help not only us but also many other guests. She was always kind, smiling, and ready to assist everyone. Throughout our stay, she regularly asked if we needed anything, which made us feel truly welcome and well looked after. I would also like to thank the reception staff for giving us such a warm welcome and providing us with a beautiful room. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. A big thank you to SENEM AYVA, the reception team, and the entire hotel staff for the excellent service. We had a wonderful holiday and would be happy to return in the future.

Stayed from 21.06 to 28.06, arrived to hotel after midnight, there was no one at reception, when guy came in he didnt feel us welcome at all. Barely spoke english. We have been given a room, after coming in temperature was so bad that I only slept 2hours on first day. Instead of enjoying first day of being there I had to go to reception again to tell about faulty a/c, it was blowing but wasnt blowing cold air. Technician been sent twice, apparently he said its working but still wasnt any better, so had to get used to the high temperature in room at night, spoke with other guests they said their a/c is similar. On a good point - bar staff - very friendly and hard working. Pools - kept in nice clean condition. Kitchen - good food with big selection, tasty desserts - very big plus. If a/c would work as it should we would be thinking of coming back in future. It has made a very negative impact on stay in this hotel - how can you rest and enjoy your holiday if temperature in room at night is higher than outside?? If you want to have a good sleep at night look for a different hotel.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with an amazing beach and atmosphere. What made the experience even better was the staff — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They made me feel comfortable from the first day until the last. Especially Ida and Dilay, who were incredibly kind and made the experience even more enjoyable with their positive energy and warm attitude. You could really feel the good atmosphere from the whole team. This was honestly one of my favorite vacations, and I would gladly come back again!

What can I say about this hotel. I don't have anything to complain about like other reviews. The room was immaculate, daily cleaned. Good view balcony. Clean bathroom. Plenty of refreshments in the fridge, stocked up daily. The service was brilliant, good food (repetitive at times, although nice) friendly staff. One particular who stood out named Sanam. She was ever so helpful and friendly, very hard working young girl. The pool side is busy, although you can get space if you get there early. Lunch and refreshments are served unlimited. Beach is not far. There is a shuttle used to get there and comes every 15 mins. Lunch is served on the beach, bathrooms clean. Overall great hotel. I would recommend and would return again. We stayed at this hotel for our vacation and were generally pleased. The hotel met our expectations, although the rooms are in need of renovation. You certainly won't go hungry. Berkay Sevinc deserves special praise; he always assisted us during dinner with a smile and great professionalism.
