My wife and I visited this spa on the recommendation of a Korean friend, and we experienced the best Thai massage we have ever had. I was so impressed that I immediately decided to become a member, and now I enjoy a massage every day. The skilled touch and relaxing atmosphere at Veranda Spa are truly wonderful. Unlike other massages I have had before, the treatment here is not painful at all—it is incredibly comfortable and soothing. I wish I could stay in Thailand longer and spend more time relaxing and enjoying the wonderful treatments at Veranda Spa.

I really enjoyed the breakfast here — there was a great variety of food and everything was delicious. The service from all the staff was excellent; everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I stayed in a room with a private pool on the balcony, which was very clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect: peaceful, quiet, and right by the beach. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

Wonderful beach. Middle of nowhere. Room jugzzy was broken. It was fixed 1700, and then they cut the power because it was 1800. Room door was OPEN after the cleaning. Very sloppy. Tour buses arrived and the place was soon filled with people.

I really wanted to like this place, but the management was terrible. I visited on a very quiet day with few guests, yet the service was still poorly handled. The front desk staff who handle check-in and check-out were also required to escort guests all the way to their rooms. As a result, everyone else had to wait a very long time for them to return just to get checked in or out. It would make much more sense to assign a separate team for room escorts. This whole experience completely ruined my impression of the place, both upon arrival and departure.

We spent 8 nights in a spacious 2-bedroom on the third floor, overlooking the pool and beach. The staff are incredibly hardworking, friendly, and attentive, making the service truly outstanding. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully lit, providing a comfortable and inviting space. During the busy Christmas and New Year holidays, the hotel was fully booked, yet we never had to wait for a table at breakfast, thanks to the diligent staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the lively New Year party. The only disappointing aspect was seeing some foreigners reserve their preferred loungers at the pool and beach early in the morning, which felt a bit unfair. Despite this, we are deeply grateful to Veranda for their warm and welcoming hospitality.
