The entire property is beautifully landscaped, offering a peaceful and serene vibe. Whether you're lounging by the iconic pool or taking a stroll on the beach, the atmosphere is just perfect for a vacation. ​🛌 The Room ​The room was outstanding! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and very well-designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Every detail in the room felt thoughtful and luxurious. ​🌟 Exceptional Service - Special Thanks to "Khun Tong" ​What made this stay truly memorable was the top-notch service. I would like to give a special shout-out to Khun Tong (น้องตอง). She provided exceptional care, was incredibly attentive, and always had a warm smile. We spent 8 nights in a spacious 2-bedroom on the third floor, overlooking the pool and beach. The staff are incredibly hardworking, friendly, and attentive, making the service truly outstanding. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully lit, providing a comfortable and inviting space. During the busy Christmas and New Year holidays, the hotel was fully booked, yet we never had to wait for a table at breakfast, thanks to the diligent staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the lively New Year party. The only disappointing aspect was seeing some foreigners reserve their preferred loungers at the pool and beach early in the morning, which felt a bit unfair. Despite this, we are deeply grateful to Veranda for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

Overall, the hotel is lovely — peaceful, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway 🕊️ The room is well-designed, cozy, and has just the right touch of elegance. Breakfast is tasty, but the variety could be improved a little. It would be great to have more international options such as cheese, fish, or a few light Western dishes 🧀🐟🍳 The swimming pool has a nice view, but it can get quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. Sometimes it feels a bit too busy to jump in and relax. If you prefer privacy, I’d recommend staying in a Pool Villa, which offers a much more private experience 🏡💦 One thing I really appreciated — the hotel provides EV charging stations, which is super convenient for electric-car travelers ⚡🚗 You can easily download the app and make payments online, making the process quick and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a well-priced hotel with good service and a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind or take a short break from city life 🌴

Truly deserving of its five-star rating, both in service and overall experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed in a villa-type room, and the price was very reasonable. Honestly, the service exceeded that of rooms costing over 10k THB per night at other hotels. Highly recommended.

Lovely rooms - we stayed in 3 bedroom pool villa. Modern and clean and well designed. However food was disappointing. The restaurant by the beach was poor. For a place offering many different pizzas the pizza was cold and clearly in a frozen base. The pad thai also cold was very low grade. There are 5 star aspects to this resort but the food offering needs to be improved.
