My family and I recently stayed at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort for a short getaway from Bangkok and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical gardens, elegant surroundings and a peaceful beachfront atmosphere that makes it easy to relax the moment you arrive. We stayed in the Private Garden Suite, which was spacious, tastefully designed and offered excellent privacy. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of international favourites, authentic Thai dishes and Asian specialities, all fresh and consistently delicious. The Spanish frittata, chicken satay and rich chocolate pudding were especially memorable. We also enjoyed the Club Lounge, where the afternoon tea and evening cocktails were beautifully presented and complemented by attentive service. The Gym is well equipped and they have a Spa on the facility too. What impressed us most was the genuine kindness and professionalism of every staff member, who made us feel welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. IC Hua hin offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and warm hospitality, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing family escape for anyone coming to Thailand

This was my first stay at this hotel, and although there was a small issue during check-in, Kaimook handled it quickly and professionally. She resolved the situation smoothly and provided a thorough introduction to the hotel’s facilities and services. I also had a wonderful experience at both the Pool Bar and Cocco Bar. Champ and Kong were incredibly friendly, recommended great drinks, and provided outstanding service. Their genuine enthusiasm and willingness to take care of guests really stood out. A special thank you to Fix from the Security team, who always greeted guests with a warm smile. His friendly attitude made me feel welcome and safe throughout my stay. Overall, the staff’s hospitality exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone for making my first stay such a memorable one. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely stay at InterContinental Hua Hin. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I met was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Khun Jasmine at the reception. She was so kind, patient, and professional, and she made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. My recent stay at the Intercontinental Hua Hin was absolutely wonderful, and it truly lived up to my fantastic memories from a decade ago. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and set a lovely tone for our entire visit. I especially want to commend Yim in the spa for his amazing service and kindness – he made my spa experience truly exceptional. Also, Aoi, who cleaned our room, was incredibly polite and kept our space spectacularly clean throughout our stay. It was a great convenience to find halal food within walking distance of the hotel. There is also a 7eleven within walking distance. The chef at the breakfast lounge was also incredibly accommodating, always willing to prepare separate vegetarian options to cater to our dietary requirements. It's clear that the Intercontinental Hua Hin maintains its high standards, and I highly recommend it!
