We stayed at Dusit Thani Hua Hin during our time living in Bangkok, visiting with my sister in law’s family, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel enjoys a breathtaking beachfront location, with stunning sea views, a pristine private beach, and a large, beautifully maintained swimming pool that was perfect for both adults and children. Since we spent most of our time exploring the local area, we only had breakfast at the hotel but it was exceptional. The buffet offered an impressive selection of Thai, English, Continental, and other Asian dishes, with something for every palate. The hospitality was warm, the surroundings were peaceful, and the overall atmosphere made for a wonderfully relaxing stay. It’s a beautiful resort that I’d happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Hua Hin.

Cake, the barista at the lobby bar provided excellent service from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. She took the time to answer my questions, prepared my drink with care, and served it with a genuine smile. She kept the lobby bar welcoming and well-organized while maintaining a positive, professional attitude throughout my visit. The coffee was delicious, and her outstanding customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend stopping by the lobby bar.

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including both international and local specialties. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, elegant, and a perfect way to start each morning. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. May for her exceptional hospitality and attentive service. She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making my stay even more memorable. Her warm smile and dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflected the outstanding service standards of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Dusit Thani Hua Hin for such a pleasant experience. We were quite disappointed with our check-in experience at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. Our group booked a total of five rooms, and we arrived at the hotel at around 4:00PM. Unfortunately, our rooms were still not ready at that time. In addition, mu room offered to us did not match the room type we had originally booked, which was the Premium Ocean King. By 5:15 PM, two of our five rooms were still not available. The hotel offered a late check-out only for those two rooms as compensation. However, since we are traveling together as one group and naturally plan our activities together, I feel that offering late check-out to only two rooms does not really resolve the inconvenience. It would have been much more thoughtful and appropriate to extend the late check-out to all five rooms, so that our group could continue our plans together. We would also like to mention that some of the hotel staff were service-minded and helpful, and we appreciate their effort and hospitality during our stay. However, the overall check-in process was still not handled smoothly, which affected our first impression upon arrival. We completely understand that today falls during a long holiday period in Thailand and that the hotel may be operating at high occupancy. However, we believe that guests should still be able to expect their reserved rooms to be ready within a reasonable time, particularly when arriving at the hotel at 4:00 PM. We chose Dusit Thani Hua Hin expecting the level of service and hospitality associated with the Dusit brand, so this check-in experience was disappointing. Waiting well beyond the expected check-in time, while also being offered rooms that were different from what we had reserved, was not the experience we anticipated. I sincerely hope the hotel will take this feedback into consideration and improve the way similar situations are handled, especially for families or groups traveling together.

We spent a night at this lovely hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We got a good deal on a Club room through Agoda and we were very happy with every aspect of the stay. The hotel is looking a little dated and worn in a few places but this in no way detracted from our experience. The sea/pool view room had a large, comfortable bed and contained everything we needed. There are two pools, we only used the larger one, which had many sunbeds available. It is a very good sized pool which provided plenty of room for swimming. We took breakfast in a smaller room off the main dining area for Club Room guests. The breakfast offered a very broad selection of good quality options. My particular favourite being the divine fiery toddy palm fruit curry. All of the staff throughout the hotel; from the pool bar, where we were offered free cocktails for my wife’s birthday in addition to the cake and balloon in our room, to the restaurants, to the shop were utterly charming and very helpful. Special mention though must go to the utterly wonderful Club Team. Lovely ladies who looked after us from check in on the 7th floor and met our every need in the Club Lounge. We were even able to take a free shuttle back into Hua Hin.
