Exceptional stay at Avani+ Hua Hin – outstanding staff and beautiful resort We stayed at the Avani+ Resort in Hua Hin in January 2026 and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable break. The staff are an absolute credit to the Avani group. Every single person we encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help. I was travelling with my elderly parents and unfortunately became unwell during our stay and had to be hospitalized for two nights. As a result, we needed to extend our stay in Hua Hin, amend our Bangkok hotel booking, cancel a planned excursion, and change the date of our car pickup. My dad approached the reception team for help and they were simply outstanding. They took care of everything, reassured him not to worry, and made all the necessary arrangements on our behalf. They later provided him with a detailed printout of all the updated plans, which was an enormous help during what was a very stressful time for our family. When I returned to the resort after being discharged from hospital, several staff members asked how I was doing, which was incredibly touching and much appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and the breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of options. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough and truly hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped make our holiday so special.

We had a nice little cozy lunch with a great assortment of local cuisine with more of a luxury twist and some foreign Foods which was done quite well. They have a large selections of fruit drinks and the stuff is very competent. It's a nice Resort Vibe. Overall it's not directly on the beach. You have to take a little detour, but it's not too big of an issue. And I haven't found any dining facilities on the beach part which was a bit odd, but overall quite good

I was extremely impressed with this hotel from the very first step of making a reservation by phone. The reservation staff member was very polite, pleasant to speak with, and provided clear and helpful information. When I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM and checked in, the female front desk staff welcomed me warmly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she explained the hotel facilities and services thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. Throughout my stay, all the other hotel staff I encountered were friendly and very informative, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I was truly impressed with my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Although there were many guests, everything was very well managed. The bell staff were polite and courteous, and the check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

The best thing about this resort was Chef Kip and his team. My wife had stage 4 colorectal cancer and he made sure that all of her meals were freshly prepared. We were genuinely touched by the effort s he and his team made to accommodate my wife especially on New Year's Eve especially as it is the busiest night for a hotel's F&B team. We could not eat the regular buffet food but he still made our night special. He and his team went above and beyond and prepared a Michelin level meal. He prepared a 4 course meal which included 1st course: King crab with caviar and sauteed cabbage in a dill and cooked avocado cream. 2nd course: Poached prawn in a laksa emulsion 3rd course: Slow cooked pork shoulder in a demiglace jus with mashed potatoes 4th course: Black cherry ice cream with strawberry parfait in a pistachio cream. Karn is the best server at Brezza and Kwang is a wonderful F&B manager. Thank you Chef Kip. Because of your talent my wife went from dreading the evening to feeling touched and inspired to keep up the good fight against the big C. You gave us hope and joy! Loved the kid's floating obstacle course! That provided hours of fun! Great gym.

Avani was the perfect venue for our wedding, and the team made the entire experience feel effortless, warm, and genuinely special. A huge shoutout to Buddhika and K. Noi—they coordinated everything so seamlessly from start to finish. They were incredibly hospitable, flexible with our requests, and always calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented. No matter what came up, they handled it smoothly, which made a world of difference during a busy wedding schedule. And an even bigger thank you to Chef Visak—he absolutely killed it with the menu and food. The quality, variety, presentation, and consistency across multiple events were outstanding. People were raving about the food during the wedding and even afterward, and we couldn’t agree more. We truly loved our experience at Avani. Love, love, love — and we’d recommend this team to anyone planning a big celebration.
