My stay at the Sheraton Hua Hin was an absolute delight. What truly sets this property apart is the perfect blend of excellent facilities and the genuine, warm hospitality of the staff. I was particularly impressed by the design; the hotel is beautifully curated throughout, and the layout is wonderfully inclusive, making it easy and comfortable for guests of all ages to enjoy the space together. The dining experience was equally impressive, offering a high-quality, diverse menu that caters to all needs, including excellent halal selections. A highly recommended destination for a memorable family holiday!

A Truly Superior Stay – Exceptional Hospitality! ​We have stayed at numerous Marriott brands over the years, but the Sheraton Hua Hin is far and away superior to them all. What truly sets this property apart is its incredible team. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we encountered seemed genuinely happy, highly engaged, and incredibly welcoming. ​A very special thank you goes to Sasivimol. Her exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel truly valued as a guest. ​The wonderful atmosphere the staff creates here makes you feel genuinely welcomed, rather than just another standard hotel guest. We cannot recommend this resort enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Our recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, but a few inconsistencies keep me from giving it a perfect score. The highlight was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It is absolutely lovely, and having a spacious room with direct access to the pool was the best part of the experience. It made the stay feel very exclusive and relaxing. However, for a property that markets itself as a 5-star hotel, it fell short in a few key areas. The room, while large, looked a bit aged and lacked basic amenities. It was quite disappointing to find no shampoo or shower gel in the bathtub and to discover the mini-bar completely empty. The food at the restaurants was good, with the beachfront option being the standout choice. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. While the staff members themselves were nice and helpful when you finally got their attention, it was consistently difficult to flag someone down. Meals took a long time, and on more than one occasion, our starter arrived either with the main course or after we had already finished it. It was also frustrating that the Italian restaurant was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, it was a good stay with great potential, but the service and attention to detail need significant improvement to truly justify the 5-star rating.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa on 30 April. A special thank you to FOM Khun Nam and the Front Desk team for taking such great care of me and my daughter, making our stay smooth, comfortable, and truly relaxing. Also grateful to the lovely restaurant staff who are always consistently warm and attentive every time we visit. Special thanks to Dream at The Deck Restaurant breakfast team, Khun Surat at Luna Lanai, and the entire Concierge Team for always being so welcoming, friendly, and service-minded. Really enjoyed our stay here. First of all, the service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious but not new (but okay). The water is suspicious, a little bit. The pool is great, big, clean. The restaurant food is delicious but not too much variety between three restaurants. There is a decent kids center. The beach isn't impressive but I guess it's not their fault. One negative is the location. It's 20-25 minutes ride form town center and nothing is nearby. There is 7-11 bit about 20 minutes walk. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.
