One of my best stays ever. For the positives, the staff are great, the location is perfect (quiet and the weather was good at that time), it's easy to go around. The room where we stayed in was amazing. We also got to try the Shine Spa. The service was amazing and their prices are competitive. For the negatives: There are no easy access to the road (have to walk around 300 meters to get to the main road), the food in The Deck, while great, are a bit limited (we would've wanted a bit more of the local dishes, such as pad krapao and tom kha kai or tom yum goong for breakfast. One more negative is that the water temperature in our room wasn't working properly. There was hot water but cold water wasn't even cold. Other than these, it was all great.

Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is an excellent beachfront resort that offers a relaxing stay for both families and couples. The property is spacious and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to explore and enjoy. The guest rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and provide a restful night’s sleep after a day of activities. One of the highlights of the resort is its direct access to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze and peaceful coastal atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a wide selection of delicious dishes, including both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well prepared, making breakfast a great start to the day. The Kids Club is outstanding and one of the best features for families. It offers a variety of fun activities and keeps children entertained throughout their stay. The resort also provides ample parking, making arrival and departure convenient. Overall, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is a wonderful destination for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

A Truly Superior Stay – Exceptional Hospitality! ​We have stayed at numerous Marriott brands over the years, but the Sheraton Hua Hin is far and away superior to them all. What truly sets this property apart is its incredible team. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we encountered seemed genuinely happy, highly engaged, and incredibly welcoming. ​A very special thank you goes to Sasivimol. Her exceptional hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. She goes above and beyond to make you feel truly valued as a guest. ​The wonderful atmosphere the staff creates here makes you feel genuinely welcomed, rather than just another standard hotel guest. We cannot recommend this resort enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Our recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, but a few inconsistencies keep me from giving it a perfect score. The highlight was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It is absolutely lovely, and having a spacious room with direct access to the pool was the best part of the experience. It made the stay feel very exclusive and relaxing. However, for a property that markets itself as a 5-star hotel, it fell short in a few key areas. The room, while large, looked a bit aged and lacked basic amenities. It was quite disappointing to find no shampoo or shower gel in the bathtub and to discover the mini-bar completely empty. The food at the restaurants was good, with the beachfront option being the standout choice. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. While the staff members themselves were nice and helpful when you finally got their attention, it was consistently difficult to flag someone down. Meals took a long time, and on more than one occasion, our starter arrived either with the main course or after we had already finished it. It was also frustrating that the Italian restaurant was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Overall, it was a good stay with great potential, but the service and attention to detail need significant improvement to truly justify the 5-star rating.

We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon, but unfortunately our experience at the pool area was very uncomfortable. Some guests were constantly staring at my wife in a disturbing and disrespectful way, which made us feel uneasy and unable to relax. We understand that the hotel cannot fully control guest behavior, but we would have appreciated more attention from the staff regarding guest comfort and atmosphere in common areas. Because of this experience, we did not feel comfortable enjoying the facilities as we expected. The hotel itself is nice, but feeling safe and comfortable should also be part of a luxury stay.
